The dispatchers are very nice. The driver's are nice too. I bring my dog with me and the driver's are all dog lovers. There isn't a long wait for them to pick me up. The prices are very reasonable. I had to get a taxi to go buy a car battery and the driver put it in my car for me! Great people and great service!!! read more

Ridiculously expensive. I realize it's some little town in the middle of nowhere and you pry on people who are in desperate need for a ride when their car breaks down but this was way more than just a little extra profit. This was highway robbery literally. The mini van that picked me up had a tie rod issue and was going to fall apart on some mountain if we drove much further. What a joke. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER!! They were an hour late and made me miss my flight. When they finally showed up it was a dirty van and the driver was confused that I didn't have 300 dollars CASH up front. When I called multiple times to check on when the car was coming he made it sound like I was an idiot. He said "I don't know what to tell you ? It's shift change" , well I have a few things you could tell me "Sorry" or "Lemme try and figure something out" . I don't care about your shift change I missed my flight. read more

Still a show service.. Very few drivers on so you're waiting 30+ minutes (some days an hour+) just for a ride.you would probably be better off calling for a Lyft or an Uber‍.their drivers are super sketch.i posted a long review on their Google page (Broadway industrial park) if y'all wanna go it.just be careful y'all they got a special kinda stupid working there.sucks that it's the only cab company in this dang area,people have to rely on them to get around and they don't really seem like they give 2 flips‍. read more

Just don't do it!!! They don't have enough vehicles or drivers. Left us waiting for over an hour two different times. Dispatch is not very customer friendly& no ETA. Use UBER or Lyft -that is IF you can find one... read more

Woman doing dispatch very rude and unprofessional absolutely ridiculous every time I call for a taxi and it's her rude very rude

Terrible service. Waited 2.5 hours, driver never showed up, never called. Nothing.

We called yellow taxi to get a ride to the store, dispatcher told my husband the trip would cost him 8 or 9 dollars to go to the store and back home. Charged him 20 and then didn't even bring him back home. Instead they dropped him of on Rayon at BP, when I called them to go get him the woman got snotty with me. He had to go back to foodland to get more money. This trip alone cost us more then if we had gone to the other side of Parkersburg. Cost us 30 dollars to go to foodland about 8 miles. I guarantee we will never use yellow taxi again. The drivers don't even know where they are going. What kind of people you got working for you that would leave a 69 yr old man in the middle of no where. They sure are not professional by any means. And for the dispatcher to run her mouth to me was uncalled for. Sure got some rude ass people in West Virginia. Like I said we will NEVER EVER use yellow taxi again. And if your drivers don't know their way around then they shouldn't be driving I for one hope they go out of business. I could do a better job then your drivers and I'm not even from Parkersburg.
