The only reason they missed me with the fifth star is honestly the project manager. He wasn't just a little bad. Like, ok you left a stack of grout bags in front of our backdoor. Annoying. But when he turned on our gas line when he was asked to turn on our water line, I think that did it. Poor Meredith had to be the communication channel for some frustrations we had along the way. She did a really good job of managing that. I wish there had been more accountability to Ferris when they finally removed him from our renovation basically at the end. I would use Meredith and so many of the people that work for Ferris again with nothing but confidence again if I could guarantee a few things would be different that would change the whole of the experience.

It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. Sure enough, they were able to get the rotted wood replaced and the trim put back on & sealed within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I will 100% be calling them again for repair needs.
