I had a small leak happening so Jesse's team came out and checked it out and decided it needed to be resealed. I have a flat roof, and these things happen. A week or 2 after the work was done, a water spot formed downstairs in my ceiling and I called them right away. They came out as soon as it stopped raining to check it out and fix it. They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper, but no cheap labor is going to care enough to go as far above and beyond as Jesse and his team have. They are now solid on my holiday gift list and the only people I will call for roof problems.

The quote I received was detailed and specific with materials and I had the option of accepting parts or all, as I deemed needed. The work was done every day until finished except for a few heavy rain days. The work area was tarped if not completely done at the end of the work day. They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. He is a nice guy, very professional, timely in his response and does not cost you an arm and a leg. I would hire him again in the future!

A few important things to note: 1: Kevin got back to me within hours from my initial request. 2: He followed up with me in the timeframe he said he would. 3: He showed up on the agreed upon day and completed the job without any issues.
