Being an avid RV owner, I had camping chairs(2) tub style, 75' #10 wire cable, appropriate connectors for various parks across the country, 50amp, 30amp, 110v adapters, tool box with tools and electrical tester, 5 ton barrel jack, charger for E-bike(French made) had a hell of a time and expense getting a replacement. BBQ, drawer full of silverware and usual utensils. Dishes and pi s and pans all from Costco and it great shape. Tow ball for the insert. All of which I was told were not camping related. It Sat in their lot for 3 months and they told me I needed a new roof for $10k. I had a new roof put on the year before. I'm an old guy and old guys take care of their stuff and usually have everything they need before they pull out of the driveway. Really sad and disappointed in Pierce for being so dishonest. I have never heard a word from them after discussing this issue with the idiot I talked with. Needless to say, you have been warned.

I took my Class A motorhome in to have the roof seal and coated. They set up an appointment for me the following week. I took the motorhome in to have it done. there was confusion when I got there to what I wanted done. I had to explained I had talk with their representative the week before and explained the service I wanted. They kept it over night and DID NOT do what I wanted. They had washed the roof and sealed cracks that I had already done the week before and DID NOT the apply the roof coating because they did not have it in stock??? When I picked my motorhome up the sides were filthy from washing my roof. I had washed and waxed it two weeks prior and I was told I would have to bring it back to get the roof done. The photo shows the terrible job they did by not washing off the sides after the roof. Plus they were going to charge me double the cost of the product for the roof. I wouldn't recommend them for anything knowing they couldn't fix a broken light bulb. Didn't take t back Camping World is the place to go.

We turned right around and went down to Pierce RV where they rolled out the gold standard of customer service. I would not buy anything from Billings RV even if it was the last place in Montana! Our shower control broke and was shooting water into the shower non-stop, preventing us from using any water at all. They were able to work us into one of the bays inbetween other service appointments, fix our rig, and get us back on the road a few hours later. Everyone was super nice, we had complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and popcorn. Give them a call if you need any work done on your rig.

We had an RV that needed some complicated repairs/replacement to our solar system so we ended up spending a good amount of time here at Metra while our RV was being worked on. Absolutely everyone from every department was so kind and accommodating to us and our dog that it was actually a bit sad when it came time to leave our new Metra family. As nice as it is to have a friendly RV service center what owners really care about is the quality of the work being performed. Once again I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service that we received. Blake has to be the most knowledgeable RV repair people that we have encountered, and, just like all the other people at Metra, he is super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was done in terms that we could actually understand. Blake also had the foresight to build in a circuit breaker so that we would not have to climb under our low clearance rig to have to find the very elusive solar fuse. Thanks Metra RV Center, wish you were closer to where we live, we would love to have a RV service center as good as yours close by.

There was no pressure to purchase. There was, however, lots of great information and advice from many of their staff - from sales, management, owners, and their service department. They all helped us make a great and informed decision. When we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our rig - it was about as easy as it could be. Everything really went seamlessly. We have been enjoying our camper ever since. Our salesperson, Tammy, did an outstanding job for us! The sales manager, John, was always there to make sure that all our needs were being met. The service department helped answer several technical questions that I know will help us in the future keeping everything running smoothly in the rig. My wife and I would purchase again from Metra RV. It was exactly the experience we had hoped to have!

The new dealership is gorgeous and most of the people are VERY friendly and professional. My only issue is them trying to charge more than Mercedes Publishes Nationally for their Star-Service. I didn't buy it at first because it looked suspicious to me. I went home after the purchase and found I was correct. They were overcharging for their labor agreements. The next day I called numerous Mercedes Benz dealers around the country and all of them gave me pricing exactly what was advertised and published by Mercedes. So why is the Billings Dealership trying to mark this service up 25%? Anyway, it turns out you can add the Star Service up to a year after you purchase the car and can buy it at any dealership.... not just the one you purchased your car at. You can also service your car at ANY MB Dealership after you have purchased the Star Service. I'm going back in 5 months for a company vehicle and will amend this review if they've stopped this outrageous practice.

I was on an extended vacation, so I had e-bikes locked on the back with steel locks. Well,, "someone" with a grinder cut the locks , stole my bikes worth about $15k, and simply walked in took whatever they wanted from the inside. Do not trust this dealership with your vehicle.. pretty obvious someone at the at the dealership left the door unlocked, had the tools to cut away steel locks, and knew when they could do it. Read the reviews. There is a history of events like this over time with this place.
