This company will not allow phone calls for booking. They will not allow you to alter your plans. If you try to alter your plans they then won't show up to your booking. My driver was great and very knowledgeable about the area. The company is horrible. Find other companies or book private transport. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I booked online for an 8am taxi to shuttle my backpacking group between trailheads. I understood that it was expensive ($300!) because of the drive to and from even though our ride would only be about 20 minutes. But then I get an email from them saying that if I want the 8am pickup it would be an additional $125 and otherwise we'd have to wait until 10am. I responded to respectfully say that I felt they should honor the time and price I agreed to on their website but would change the time if we really had to. They then sent me a ridiculously rude email trying to throw their terms and conditions that allow them to change your time at will in my face (screenshot below) and then completely cancelled our ride. It's not the customer's responsibility to fix their website that allows you to book the time you want! Would never give this company my business again and neither should you. I tried to book a taxi from Yellowstone to Teton and the checkout process online allowed me to get a quote and right when I was getting ready to pay $452 at checkout I received an email saying they could not accommodate my request. I called to verify it was ok before actually going through with the booking and they man was absolutely terrible on the phone. I didn't even get to actually use the taxi service. Cecil was so rude to me when I was trying to just find my 15 year old son a ride to his destination. He landed iN WYS where his friends parents were supposed to be picking him up. Due to a situation they were going to be hours delayed. I called and spoke with Eric. He was very professional and td me how to book so that someone could come pick up my son. When I called back and spoke to Cecil he told me I had already spoken to him and how I was liar and Eric (his coworker) was an idiot. I ordered a taxi from Bechler to Old Faithful and set it up 48 hours in advance for a Friday morning pick-up and drop-off around noon. My fiancé called the Yellowstone Taxi number listed and discussed the cab 48 hours in advance with a woman to whom we explained our hiking plans and taxi needs. The woman on the phone confirmed the times and route were not an issue and directed us to set up our taxi online via the website, and we would receive a confirmation email. My fiancé then booked the service online for the times and route we had discussed with the service. We promptly received a confirmation email stating that our booking was complete and instructions on times to be at the pick-up location. The night before our hike began, I received an email at 12:30 am signed from Sessel. The email outlined that we had booked too late, that they needed to add a $125 gratuity, that they would have to pick us up at a later time, and that they needed to get an off-duty driver (even though it was a weekday) and that they may not be able to do it at all. It also emphasized that there "Are no Refunds". Realizing a grift when I see one (who emails this info at 12:30 am the night before a scheduled pick up?!) I called the service phone number to get a little more information on why all the changes were happening at 12:30am the night before our hike. A man answered gruffly, and I started to ask about our ride. He interrupted me and told me, "You have to book everything online." I responded, "I have booked it, and the terms are now changing, so I would like to speak to someone there about our taxi.", he cut me off again a second time by yelling: "Listen!, Listen!, You Stupid F@$&ing C@%t!, You Stupid F@$&ing C@%t!, You Stupid F@$&ing C@%t! " Then hung up the phone on me. I immediately looked up these reviews and read what many have said and what I am confirming. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR HIKING! I've never written a Yelp review, and I don't feel like I likely will again. However, this one deserves some attention. A little research on Sessel Sagorin will quickly let you know how many lawsuits, claims, and issues this guy has in multiple states. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are ways around using this service and other services, and hopefully, Sessel will lose his concierge license with the NPS. I contacted my credit card company about the service and bogus charges I expected and froze the card before Sessel could scam me out of nearly $700, which I am confident he would have done. Tried to book online ($30. more if you do it by phone) and we had a problem, and our booking was cancelled. When we called to ask for assistance the man on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us. We attempted to call back several times with no answer. When we called on a different phone, the same man who hung up started to curse us out with extremely vulgar language and then hung up. You have to book a taxi online through this company then they will send you an email confirming it. We did this & got a confirmation for an early pick up then at 1 AM in the morning I get an email saying they can't do it and if they can find a driver it's gonna cost us roughly an additional $40 over what we had already agreed to. Without exception anybody that I've talk to about this company in town from local to visitors say it's the worst service They've ever seen in their life. We did use two taxis during our visit & the drivers could not of been more accommodating or friendly it's just the company practices that are atrocious. read more

I'm blown away with how rude these people are. My husband and I broke down in Yellowstone National Park last night. I spoke with Melissa(?) on the phone. She said her taxi driver was at a rodeo and could not come get us and take us to West Yellowstone. Also, she said they don't go into the park at night because of wildlife. She said that they "could give us a ride in the morning." She did mention that we should go through their online platform to book. Well, we finally made it to a West Yellowstone hotel around midnight because a very friendly tow driver in the National Park helped us out. This morning, we have to get to the airport before 10am to pick up a rental car since ours is down and It'll be another week before the car is fixed. We are on a time crunch and absolutely need the rental to checkout at our Airbnb in Island Park and get home to SLC. With no Ubers or other options in West Yellowstone, we tried to book online with this taxi service, but we didn't have luck with the online platform. I called them and a man picked up that sounded as if he could've been the husband of the lady I talked to the night before--I told him I tried to use the online booking platform, but I didn't have luck, so I asked if they had availability around 8am to get us to the airport. The man complained because I was giving him late notice (I literally cannot help it... I would've loved if things worked out different, trust me). Also, is late notice almost an hour before? With them being 1 minute down the road from our hotel, I don't see it as an issue. I ended up asking if he had later availability, trying to be flexible. He said I need to book online and acted like he couldn't help over the phone as an alternative. To top it all off, I mentioned that the lady I spoke to last night said we could get transportation this morning if we needed it. Without calling me a liar, he called me a liar--He said, "Nobody would have said that to you. You need to book online." Um, what?! I told him we were going to go a different route (at that point, I didn't want to give them my service), and he hung up on me. I was more than nice to this man after he basically called me a liar and he still hung up on me. Maybe it's just me, but you don't hang up on potential customers or people who have the ability to spread word about your service. My husband is now walking an hour to the airport to try to get us a rental. Needless to say, you're screwed if you are in a situation like ours. The taxi service isn't really a taxi service--They're just rude people that do not have the ability to accommodate. I don't say this often because I like to see people succeed, but they do not deserve to run a business with their attitudes and lack of customer care. If other lift services enter the area, they are going to go down real quick with these kind of ratings. An overall 1 star rating score on Yelp is real bad, and this taxi service lives up to it. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We made reservations at yellowstone and planned on using this company for two routes. Then the terrible rains came and washed out many roads and bridges. Yellowstone was devastated, and the North gate and surrounding areas are still closed. We needed to cancel these trips since the storm destroyed so much of the area. We contacted them 5 weeks before the contracted dates, so there was no cost involved by the Company. They refused to process a refund. They are extremely not professional. It was a 500 year flood, extremely unusual circumstances, and they would not help by issuing the refund. Do not use these people, definately do not prepay they. I don't know why I didn't pay more careful attention to the other *very* negative reviews of this company! I needed to get from airport to a spot literally 8.8 miles away. I booked with them online and was given a price of $19. Since it was out of the way for them, I added a $10 gratuity for the driver. The next day I got an email saying the trip would now be $60. No explanation and no reason. I responded with a simple email saying "$60? Why so expensive, it's only a 10 minute drive." Without responding, they cancelled my trip. I ended up having to walk the 8.8 miles. Fortunately, it was a beautiful day and I hitchhiked myself a ride for 3 of the miles. But this is a horrible company, for sure. So rude. Absolute worst experience ! We called for a taxi, and we were told they's be here at 2:30, then it was 3, then it was 3:30, then it became 4, then 4:50. And we spoke to the driver a minimum of 4 times and assured us that he will be there asap, and he will get going as soon as his boss reaches the office. When they didn't show up I called more than 7 times and finally someone picked up and said that I didn't reply to their email and just hung up in my face, without another word. I called about getting help with my girlfriend who broke her hand in an ATV accident the day before and needed help picking up stuff. When I originally contacted them via email for basic information - they responded promptly and efficiently! When I got all my dates together and called them, they easily pulled my email correspondence. They sent me an organized email confirmation of the ride from West Yellowstone Airport to my lodging inside the park and the return. The driver was so pleasant and made what couldn't have been a dreary 1 1/2 hour ride each way - another very pleasant part of my trip! Line went silent, and I said "Hello"... nothing... so I said "Hello" again to which an angry older man answered to the top of his lungs "YES!!!!!". Wow, that cleaned my ears out! I composed myself knowing he may be my only hope to get from the airport to the car rental place, and indicated I would like to request cab pick up from the airport for this coming Sunday. With his very composed and well-mannered voice, like a totally different person, a case of Dr Jeckyl and Mr. Hide, he said "Sunday is too far in advance to book at this time" and then I heard a click. I guess that was the end of the conversation. I saw on other reviews that they do not take calls on the weekend. We booked the service for 9/8/2021 from Yellowstone to Bozeman then something happened to our flight and we decided to call and check if we could cancel or reschedule it. It would be totally fine if they replied they did not or something, we just wanted to double check. The receiver said "email the address for questions" and I asked when could we get the response. All of a suddenly he shouted: "If you just want to tell me to go fuck myself then do not use the service! Fuck off and get lost in the mountains! " Then hung up. We were completely shocked. Since the airline could be rescheduled (and we did not want to waste money), we decided to give it a second chance and to confirm if they ever would show up after such a conversation. We called the number again, hoping that the company had other staff with sanity. Then guess what, they blocked my mobile number! My friend used her phone and called again, after about a few seconds the receiver said: "Are you the fucking idiot called this morning? Are you so stupid that you do not know English? Email the address!" Then hung up. Disastrous manner. Suspicious mental status. Later we also suggested the hotel receptionist to stop giving tourists the contact card of that nightmarish company... Updates on 9/8/2021: since the crazy phone operator blocked ALL the mobile numbers we have, we could not confirm if they would show up. Assuming the worst scenario, we had to drive ourselves to airport AT 3AM, with one of our friends had to wait at the airport for about 10 HOURS. Then after ALL the suffering I received a text said the car we booked had arrived ! And the driver left since we did not show up!! We booked a taxi from West Yellowstone to Jackson online, we explicitly asked for a receipt for the taxi service, all agreed upon and the booking was confirmed via email exchange. The booking guy texted my wife and confirmed the time when we will be meeting the driver and my wife texted back and asked the receipt as the email confirmation did not include the receipt, then the booking guy said he could not issue a receipt. When my wife called him for clarification, the guy on the phone with British accent was very rude and agitated, he started shouting f-word and said that our taxi service was cancelled then hang up the phone. When we tried to call him again, our mobile number was blocked. 5 mins later while we were trying to contact another transportation service, the Yellowstone taxi texted back asking us to confirm the taxi service, we finally confirmed and kept the service. The taxi ride itself was good, the driver was very friendly and helpful.
