Well, today Saturday morning I checked in at 9:30am and upsettingly did not get my truck seen until after the 3rd time of going to ask how much longer it would be...at 1:46pm. I did not leave here until 2:33pm. I will never ever go here on a Saturday and esp, not without an online appointment. Moving forward, I'll take off work and Chet the 1st or last appointment of the day. Honestly, this was sooo draining & I lost a work shift just sitting here on such a lovely & eventful day. I asked to go another mavis shop 3 mi down the road due to lack of confidence with this store. while driving to the other store the grinding worked itself out(may have been debris in between pads and disc) had brakes flushed and now all ok. My complaint is that the vehicle was not inspected after repairs and due to this being life safety due to brake work Mavis could have possibly has sent me and my family in harms way.
