I was a walk-in and was fourth in line. The wait wasn't too long since the barber was very fast. I was pretty nervous when it was my turn, but he was very skillful with the clippers. I've going to Julies for for about all my life up until I found yes barber. I would say this place is a pretty great upgrade from Julie's and its just down the street too. The down falls of this place is that it only has one barber and its a pretty long wait whenever I come in. So get confortable. But overall, I get a pretty great cut. I have been going to the same barber for pass 8 years, but when Rum took over as the owner of this place I decided to give it a chance. It was very convenient cuz it was close to my work. Now I get my hair cut here every two weeks. Very relax atmosphere. There's only two guys cutting your hair. Rum, the owner always cuts mine. He's very cool, easygoing and very professional. Currently live 20+ miles away from this location. I was going to visit my friend near there and decided to search up cheap haircuts. I searched and searched until I landed on Yes!. Went to try it out and the result was great! Came in today and was greeted. Waited for ten minutes or so and was sitted down right away. Haircut took about 15-20 min. The haircut was great for $7! This is my 3rd time having a hair cut here. I gotta say that Rum's hair cutting skill is very amazing. He is very detailed, and has great eyes for best fitting hair for guys. I compare his cutting side by side, and I do not find any flaws in his skill. I went to a lot baber's. Many of them were great, but they didn't have the eyes for Asian hair. Yet, Rum is very good with hair for asian guys, and I strongly recommend Rum to anyone with fine hair, thin hair, and less hair. I don't come by here often because I am busy with work, but figured Rum has good skills and my hair turns out the way I want to, so when I do need a cut I let Rum do his thing. While Rum is a great Barber, his customer service judgements are not. Came in today to get my hair cut and he treated me like "where have u been, don't come to me only if u need me" kind of treatment. When I first started he was nice and attentive. However, today since he didn't see me for a while, took a distant approach, didn't even bother to ask how have u been, you know common professional practice. Cold, no interactions. In fact, when he was cutting my hair, didn't even have the curtesy to move my head gently in the direction he needs to cut, just rudely pushes my head. Rum if u r reading this, I am disappointed in u bro, every customer regardless if they come frequently or not is still a customer, don't treat ur customers different if they come less or more.
