My garage door has been drafty for a few years. The bottom seal was missing a piece and the sides were drafty. Ben came out and took care of replacing the bottom seal and adding a perimeter seal. Ben has serviced our door twice; once in 2018 and again last week. Both times he diagnosed and fixed the issue in my embarrassing hoarders' paradise garage and got my opener working. The first time the spring was broken and he fixed it, by himself, in my hot garage. This last time he had to find and reattach the wheels of one side and reattach the handle. I have used Yes Doors 3 times (once at my old house and twice at my new house). Scheduling is very easy and the person that has completed the service was friendly and seemed to work efficiently. Pricing seems fair to me. For the last repair (replacement of a spring) they had to come back to do an adjustment but they squeezed me into the schedule the same day I called and of course there was no charge. My garage door was getting stuck half way and I was dreading to fix it because I wasn't sure what the cost would be. The technitian came out the next morning and showed me exactly what was wrong with it in a matter of minutes. It appears that the door needed a small realignment which kept it from going all the way up. My door was also make a loud squeaky sound every time it was opened or closed. The technitian got it all fixed and did maintenance on the door for under $60 dollars. Ben, the tech, was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Even the lady answering the phones at the company was a very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased and satisfied with their service. Called Yes Doors out to fix our garage door which wasn't opening. We were told it was the rollers making the door too difficult to lift. So we paid them to replace and fix them, and they left. Ten minutes later the door wouldn't open again, and they came back and told us it was a sensor. They said they fixed it and left. Ten minutes later the door wouldn't open again, so they came back out. Their third guess was that I needed an entirely new system. Strong believer these guys don't know what they're doing, and are just trying to make you spend money on things that don't need to be fixed. read more

The techs that come to your home are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and will tell you exactly what is wrong, what needs to be replaced, and what doesn't need to be replaced. They use high quality parts so I do not have to call them back out in 6 mos. because a part broke or gave out. There are companies out there that purposely replace broken parts with cheap ones because they know they will break in 6 mos. and you will have to call them to come back out. Yes Doors does not do that. They use quality parts the first time, then offer a genuine warranty.
