I spoke with a white male on the phone who stated he was in internet sales. He said he had two Metallic Gray ones on the lot for me to look at. We chatted for a moment and I indicated to him I was also looking at the Ford Ranger Raptor. After discussing my interest in performance trucks we set up a time to come into the dealership the next day at 11:00 a.m. for me to look at the Pro 4XR's he had in stock. The sales person said he would have the vehicle ready and moved to the front of the dealership by the time I got there, I immediately scheduled my entire day's activities around this appointment and today, June 2nd, drove the almost 40-mile trip to the Grainger Nissan in Savannah. Upon arrival I was met at the door by a black sales person....I believe his name was Wally. I explained to him why I was there. He seemed a bit confused, but invited me inside and eventually told me to wait while he went to "get the keys" for the vehicle in which I was interested. After waiting for several minutes Wally returned and told me that the vehicles in which I was interested was still on the transport truck in the back and had yet to be unloaded and prepped. He asked me to wait once more while he again departed and left me in the showroom. Wally eventually returned and this time apologetically informed me that they did not have any Nissan Frontier Pro 4XR's on their lot at all. He then told me that Pro 4XR's were special order only and were not usually stocked at dealerships. Of course I had done my homework and know this is certainly not true since there were an abundance of those vehicles on hand at other dealerships within driving distance. Bottom line, this was a completely wasted day....a complete waste of my time and money ....because of fraudulent information and misrepresentation provided me by Grainger Nissan of Savannah. I have purchased vehicles in the past from the Grainger family. In fact my current vehicle, a 2023 NIssan Frontier Pro 4X, was purchased from Grainger Nissan and I most recently purchased a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from Grainger Honda. To experience the kind of total failure I experienced from them today is unacceptable and most unprofessional. I will certainly take my auto buying business elsewhere.

    Just wanted all to be aware of credit union representative ( older guy) that assist with opening…read morenew accounts I came in twice to open an account the 1st initial time the gentleman was assisting someone that took much larger than I had anticipated which is understandable In trying to open up account on second try , I handed my license ( which had my postal address which I do understand some business dont accept postal address).therefore I pulled up my Georgia Power bill on my cell phone and was told he could not accept ( it is a fact that Georgia Power does not send out bills ) I asked could I forward to an email address and was told that was not acceptable . I never got the opportunity to hand over my car registration because it was obvious I was sterotyped or either he was having an issue with me personally ( a black woman) or just having an awkward day. I think this guy ( I label him as guy because he showed no character of a man nor any professional ethnics Being relocated to the Savannah area I needed local banking ( not to mention I'm a member of 2 well known credit unions . I've visited this credit union at least 3 occasions and have had excellent service but this visit gave an image. Maybe this GUY need to give this job up because this type of service will run off potential customers Customer service is a must in having good Customer satisfaction Hope this review is shared with this employer..     I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 5 years as I chose this as a local brick and…read moremortar bank to have along with my primary bank, USAA (polar opposite customer service experiences!!). I use this account as a custodial account for my minor children, nothing else. After finding out that I was being charged 4.95 a month due to my account being changed without my knowledge to a premium checking account requiring a minimum balance of 4K, I called to discuss my options and shock. Not once was I ever emailed regarding these recurring fees. Well, this credit union does not offer good customer service and Christopher was rather proud that the changes were made to make more money for the credit union. This credit union no longer offers free checking unless you have a direct deposit or 4K minimum balance. Quite a huge change from the most basic account I opened so many years ago! I inquired if my sons account would be converting to premium checking as he had just turned 18, Christopher stated no because he has a minor account. I then asked what the requirements were for a minor account, he said you must be 13-17. I asked again if my sons account would convert to another account because he was now 18, Christopher stated no, it is a minor account. As I was getting frustrated at his lack of understanding and customer service skills I jokingly asked if I could identify as a minor and also get this same account with a no fees or minimum balance requirement since they were not using the age limits as an enforceable requirement. I asked to speak to the branch manager since I was not getting anywhere to which he was very happy and excited to transfer me. I was hoping to find some professional courtesy and a bank that actually cares to retain customers, however, I went right to voicemail. I am not holding my breath for a call back as the culture of this bank seems to relish being rude to customers. Credit Unions are supposed to be by the people for the people, not this one! Now after reading all the other reviews I don't think that they will change. Navy Federal here we come!
