Making the appointment was very easy, I visited Belle Ame website and did my booking there. The location of Belle Ame is in a small plaza with plenty of parking, it was very easy for me to navigate here. The inside of the studio is so beautifully designed, I love, love, love the decor; it was welcoming, felt very feminine, and felt like home. The music was not too loud and I really enjoyed the playlist. What was more relaxing was the lash recliner chairs, oh I felt like I was laying on clouds! I definitely fell asleep. The appointment I made was for a mini-fill to get me by until my tech came back. This was my first time seeing another lash tech in several years and Sabrina was very professional and definitely worked her magic on me. I was unable to tell her what type of curls I had or even the length! I've always just allowed my lash tech to do her thing; so I said I trust you. The refills on my hybrids that Sabrina did came out beautifully. I was very impressed with her work. I will definitely come back and see Sabrina again if my lash tech was on vacation again.

I like the SPF50 application before using the curing light. I've not seen that before at a nail salon. It shows extra care for customers. Hana did my pedicure and she was really pleasant. She talked more than Justin and asked me a few questions. Every pedicure gets a bath bomb and I had lemon halves too. I picked green tea. It smelled amazing. The massage chair is big but has no cushion. It felt like I was sitting on a fold up chair. Even though they look and feel old and worn down the massage was really nice.
