I've been here a few times and usually have a good experience, but this visit was pretty disappointing. I booked a deluxe gel pedicure with a French design, and my tech was on and off the phone for most of the appointment. I totally understand needing to check something occasionally, but it made the experience feel less relaxing and like I had to keep an eye on things to make sure nothing was missed. After I left, I noticed the pink shades used for my French tips don't match, one foot is a cooler pink (which was the intended color) and the other is noticeably warmer. It's a small detail, but for a $75 gel French pedicure, I would expect consistency. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. It was my first visit. You start by signing in at the front and letting them know the type of manicure and pedicure you want. I was very happy to see prices clearly listed at the front along with tip management information. Justin did my gelx manicure and it looks great! I asked for natural color and length. He was very focused and had wonderful attention to detail. If something was uncomfortable, he immediately paused to wait before he'd continue. I like the SPF50 application before using the curing light. I've not seen that before at a nail salon. It shows extra care for customers. Hana did my pedicure and she was really pleasant. She talked more than Justin and asked me a few questions. Every pedicure gets a bath bomb and I had lemon halves too. I picked green tea. It smelled amazing. The massage chair is big but has no cushion. It felt like I was sitting on a fold up chair. Even though they look and feel old and worn down the massage was really nice. It's a very nice salon...very clean. If you look around trying to find stuff then you will. You can leave tip as venmo, zelle, cash app, or cash. I would go back. My first visit was a great experience. Unfortunately, during my second visit for a fill-in, I ended up with a fungal issue under my nail. I called looking for same day availability for a pedicure appointment. I was able to get an afternoon appointment. It was my first time at this nail salon. I selected the deluxe pedicure and added a callus treatment. I can't deny the $61 dollar pricing is more than what I would ideally want for a pedicure; however, it was a nice treat myself. Kathy, my nail tech, brought out a platter of scrubs, fruits, and lotions. I selected the jasmine scented bath bomb and Kathy used the oranges/citrus to scrub away at my feet at first. The 25 minute massage was nice to enjoy while using the chair massager on my back. I appreciated how timely and efficient Kathy worked. The decor is modern and bright, but looks worn slightly since you can see the wear and tear in the salon. I'd be back again! read more

After she was done, i realized the manicure/cuticle removal was not included. I nicely asked the front desk to please do it. Okay, so to start off -- I asked for a manicure and builder gel, but didn't get any manicure care. He immediately started drilling my nails without soaking them first. I just felt like needing a pedi so I got the Deluxe pedicure that came with the paraffin wax and gel polish for $87. It's slightly on the pricey side but the place is so nice.
