I've had my eyes set on the Roadie 24 for quite some time but never pulled the trigger because I keep waiting for it to go on sale. I really like the tan color but was also open to other colors too. We already own a Tundra 45 but wanted something smaller for weekend grocery runs. I personally love Yeti items because they are durable with great insulation to keep your ice to last longer compared to regular coolers, which is why they are high in cost. I finally decided to stop by this location to take a look once last time. I love how huge the store is and all the different items that they sell. From water bottles, to backpacks, to coolers, they have everything that you need to keep your food/drinks cold. The employee that helped us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up pulling the trigger and got the Roadie 24 in Wild Vine Red! They also had a promo that if you purchased this specific roadie, you can get 2 free 34 oz Yonder Bottles. I am extremely happy with my purchase and cannot wait to start using it!!

It all started with a YETI thermos. Then a YETI lunch box cooler, and I was hooked. Happy to see so many YETI items in one place here and all the different colors. I typically order their products online, but it's nice to actually touch and feel their products before purchasing. YETI is known for their high quality materials in their products. I want a YETI cooler, which supposedly keeps ice for something like over a week. And those cool colors too! The one downside about their products is that they tend to be heavier and bulkier compared to similar products. That's due to the much higher quality materials used, but it can be an issue nonetheless. Speaking of quality and durability, they have a cooler on display that a bear tried unsuccessfully to tear into. I must say, that IS impressive! In terms of value, it's not inexpensive. Sure, a styrofoam cooler technically works too. But you get what you pay for. If anyone wants to buy me a Christmas gift, anything from YETI would be great! lol

Didnt' realize the Amazon book store closed down some time go so decided to pay a visit. I am not exactly a fan of Yeti products, I have only seen them around and it seems to be a very reliable brand. I am aware every single product here is built to last a long time and keep your stuff cold for who knows how long. The interior is nice and trendy so you can't say anything bad about that. My issue is..the prices...they are really selling single hats/caps for 30 dollars each??? That's a mind twister, YETI's prices for all of their products are very high. Maybe there is a need for this kind of higher quality productline, however there are a lot of alternative product choices besides YETI that still get the job done. Figure out what works for you

By some weird twist of fate, I have been slowly amassing a small collection of YETI mugs in the vain attempt to keep my coffee warm and myself awake and alert.. the coffee stays warm, but I'm always sleepy a At the location of the short-lived Amazon Bookstore that once graced this address now resides a YETI store. For those unfamiliar, over the last few years, YETI has become a prestige brand known for its rugged and nearly indestructible coolers that keep food and drink cool for days on end. First known by serious fans of the outdoors such as hunters and sure.. hardcore tailgaters too. :) Price conscious shoppers won't find many bargains here as the coolers start well north of $250 apiece. But these are built like tanks! Not your father's Old-school flimsy Coleman ice chests. Once inside, there are different coolers set out on the sales floor as if they were automobiles.. And just like buying a car, there is a palette if different colors and sizes that YETI coolers come in. Inside the back half of the store you will find the central sales counter and the back wall completely overflowing with YETI tumblers and water bottles. Unique YETI-branded items inside the store include backpacks, hard roller luggage, YETI T-shirts and more.. Existing YETI users can also find spare bottle tops, magnetic slider tops for their YETI tumblers and other small YETI accessories. Purchase your goodies from the back counter. YETI store personnel keep a low profile, so find them near that central sales table against the back wall. Yup! This is definitely the YETI Mothership for NorCal!

A large collection of Yeti ice cooler. We didn't buy any but was impressed to see so many fancy options available from added cushions, cup holders, and other accessories to unique colors, of all sizes from lunch box to full cooler with large handles and all terrain wheels. Nested in the beautiful Santana Row. If you are like us and wondered why is YETI so popular, here's a perfect place to look at it in person

Lil rope handle color accessories for your cooler (can only get in this store).

Sophie and Sophia are the best! So kind and knowledgeable. Helps remember their names, being so similar and all, but ask for either of them. Can get you whatever you may need.

I was stoked that the Bay Area had a YETI store. I've been a fan of the products for years. I wasn't aware of the grand opening till I got an email from Santana Row about upcoming events. As you enter, the first things you see are the coolers. Different sizes and colors. They had a couple of coolers filled with beverages, but I wasn't sure if those were free for customers so I didn't grab anything. Further in the back are the mugs and tumblers. I have a couple of mugs, but always wanted to get a tumbler that can fit in a car cup holder. So in a future visit, I plan to grab one. I was told they came out with 2 new colors - a lilac purple and a light teal blue. In the middle of the store are the backpacks, duffle bags and packing cubes. I bought their Crossover 22 backpack. I wanted a backpack for travel and work and this was the right size. The most expensive backpack I bought , but the backpacks come with a 3-year warranty and the material is solid and sturdy. I'm confident the backpack will last long. Positive experience overall. Staff were super nice and very knowledgeable about the products. There are no cash registers, so finding where to pay can be confusing. There is a table in the back in front of the mugs/tumblers where you can pay for your items.

What a truly amazing store! I am a relatively new to YETI products but this store has everything one could want. And some unique items too.

We booked the bike about a week in advance for a full day for $65, and it was ready for pickup when we arrived. The staff did a safety inspection and let us know that helmets are included with the rental and that we could return the bike to any Sports Basement location. My friend also asked if they could leave their backpack there, and the staff kept it behind the desk, which was really nice. The bike was in good condition! We rode it for 4-5 hours with no issues. A few things I wanted to point out - the seat was pretty narrow and hard, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. It had been a while since I last biked, so I'm not sure if I just need to wear padded shorts or if the seat wasn't the right fit for me. Another thing is that I couldn't sit in the front because the seat was too tall for me to comfortably reach the pedals, and there didn't seem to be an easy way to adjust the height. Lastly, it would've been nice to have a phone mount on the handlebar for navigation. We turned in the bike at the end of the day. Overall, the process was very smooth, the staff were friendly, and the rental was affordable. I would do it again, but I'd wear padded shorts next time :)

We went not completely sure which bike we wanted or the best fit. The staff working was very informative and spent a lot of time explaining options and tradeoffs. I appreciate they didn't just push us to the most expensive options. Rather, they took the time to understand his preferences and use for the bike and then made a few recommendations. They were very patient the entire time, letting him test ride multiple bikes until he found the perfect one. We had such a great experience that we went back to purchase a second bike later that evening!

During the World Cup they were selling a specific World Cup pin that other stores didn't carry or you had to pay double the price for it online. I checked the inventory on the store website and it said they have about 6 in stock, so I went in to grab it. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and found that the World Cup section was directly upfront by the registers which was great, but I wasn't successful in finding the pin, so the cashier tried helping look for it and we had no luck. They doubled check to see if there were any in the back, but there weren't. I was told it's here but misplaced somewhere else and they had no clue. I was on the hunt for this pin and no other locations at Dicks had it except for the Sunnyvale location. I was disappointed I couldn't get the pin, but the people here were really nice and tried to locate it.

Posting this as a cautionary tale for anyone buying shoes at Dick's Sporting Goods - Sunnyvale…read more This would have been a one star rating if not for Xavier in Footwear. Excellent service and attitude. I bought a pair of On Cloud shoes and within 5 days realized they were too big. The issue only showed up in real-world use: when walking downhill my foot slid forward into the toe box. That's not something you reliably catch by taking a few steps indoors. I went back to do a simple exchange (not a refund). The shoes were clean and in excellent condition. The only visible difference was very slight yellowing on the outsole contact pads -- noticeable under their bright store lighting but not dirty, or damaged. At first I was told the exchange would be fine. After further inspection, they reversed course and said the shoes were not "resaleable" due to wear. I spoke with multiple people (each initially identifying themselves as "the manager" before clarifying their role), and after a lot of back and forth the best options offered were: * 15% off a replacement pair, or * $60 store credit as a "no receipt return" value (they said this reflects the lowest recent selling price and excludes clearance). I ultimately took the $60 credit because my time is worth something and I needed the correct size. But the key takeaway is this: If you buy shoes here, assume you cannot test them outdoors -- even briefly -- without risking being denied an exchange. The 90-day return policy sounds generous, but in practice footwear appears to need to look completely unworn to qualify. I'm sharing this so others don't make the same assumption I did.
