Admittedly, and communicated to her on arrival, getting my longer hair cut just a few times a year makes me an even bigger pain in the ass than normal. She is very good at what she does and more importantly extremely nice and kind person. Once you interact with her you know how much she loves her job and cares for her customers. One tip to add: If you are visiting for the first time, you may have trouble locating the salon. It's right next to De Janeiro.
