I went here for breakfast after a little weekend trip. The food was excellent! For $18 dollars, I was able to get this large spread of food! I ordered the eggs over-easy, and they were cooked perfectly. The French toast was crispy yet fluffy. The service was great! I was in and out in 30 minutes or so. I'll definitely be back! Loved it!! My whole family enjoyed their meals. We placed a pickup order, and everything was quick and seamless. Although we were only inside a couple minutes, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My mom and I adore Greek and Mediterranean food, so we were super excited to try this place. I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter and it was so delicious. The chicken was really tender and flavorful, and the portion size was great. The Greek side salad was honestly one of the best I have had, the feta on top was generous and delicious, and the side pitas tied it all together nicely. Yianni's was our very first stop after a long day of traveling. We were pleased to have a moment of rest. It was pretty crowded when we walked in around 12:30 on a Saturday, but we were still seated right away. Thankfully, they have a number of seats outdoors as well. It's a beautiful space! We especially liked the interior design of the ocean themed mirrors, super cute. It's an expansive and honestly a little bit of an overwhelming menu. There's a mix of Greek food and traditional "American" breakfasts, lunches, and dinners . My friend and I split an avocado toast ($16) which came with a side of fruit. The avocado toast was great! It was actually super simple, but it was a huge portion and we were happy we ended up sharing it. The fruit was okay, not really the best quality, but kind of what you'd expect at a diner. Overall, a good and fulfilling meal, but nothing that blew us away. The service was good. Our waitress was attentive and kind and checked in on us a few times. Ultimately, we're happy we stopped here! It's also right near a number of shops in the area so we were able to transition right into shopping and strolling post-meal. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch after a day of holiday shopping. The French onion soup is one of the best around. Not too salty, plenty of cheese and topped with fried onions - perfect way to take the chill away. The wrap was also good. Walked by a million times over the years and finally stopped by. I may have found my new favorite spot. Inside is clean and well appointed. Lots of staff with great service. Our table was very happy with their choices. The French onion soup and veggie omelette got rave reviews. Stuffed French toast got devoured. I picked the gyro which came on a pillowy pita with lots of gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, lettuce and tomato. Loved it. Not a fan of coated fries but it was hot and fresh. I'll be happy to return. We absolutely love Yianni's. We discovered it the last time we went to Ocean City and have been regular customers every time we visit. Last week we went three times! Food is fresh, portions are large, and flavors are good. I think my favorite thing on the menu are the chicken and beef/lamb gyros. We have also had multiple wraps and salads, which were great. Service is excellent, food is served quickly, even when they're busy. Ambience is chill, relaxed. Perfect place to have breakfast or come to for lunch/brunch while on the beach. I have not been to Yianni's in a while, but I stopped in here after a beach day with my dad. We were seated right away in the early evening on a Sunday night. We sat inside, but there is plenty of outdoor seating as well. Recently, I have been loving Greek food so I knew I had to give Yianni's another try. As always the complimentary pita and hummus was very good. The pita is so soft! I ordered the Shrimp Kebab. Everything was very tasty and the salad it came with was super fresh. In comparison to other Greek restaurants I have tried, Yianni's is not at the top of the list. However, it is definitely one of the better restaurants in Ocean City and I would definitely come back when in the area! read more

In Ocean City for weekend , had dinner outside table. Wait was short..5 minutes only Service was impeccable.. She had the Fafafel & said pita bread was perfect....plus Greek Salad with outstanding. 7 year-old had kids steak burger which he loved along with fries. The food was really good, as well as the general atmosphere but the service, however, was awful. The server was incredibly rude to me and my friend, right off the bat. We were polite and even complimented her but she continued to have an attitude. By the end of the meal, we realized we never got our french fries but we decided to not wait for them and asked someone at the quick service counter to remove them from our bill. Keep in mind, this is after we waited for our server to pass by our table to check up but she never did. After our server was told that she forgot our fries, she came back to our table and proceeded to tell me and my friend, in a very condescending tone, "You should've told me when I asked if everything was okay" and then proceeded to stare at me, without giving my friend a second glance. After a moment, I said, "We forgot" and she walked away with an attitude. I feel it was entirely unnecessary for her to condemn us for her forgetting our fries when it is her job to bring us our food. In the end, the fries were taken off the bill so there wasn't an issue with that. Everyone who worked here was very kind, except for that woman. Have gone to Yianni's so many times over the last few summers and was honestly shocked I'd never left a review -- this place is so good and delivers every single time without fail. I've had the gyro omelette, crab cake Benedict, shore omelette, various wraps, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, salads, everything is great. Such a large menu, things remain high quality, and you can come for any meal. The servers are always nice, there's a quick wait with organized seating process, good outdoor or indoor vibes, convenient location on Asbury. Worst scrapple I've ever eaten in my life!! Their cook obviously has no idea how scrapple should be cooked! What I was served was like mush through and through. it is supposed to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I have never eaten any scrapple anywhere else that was cooked like mush.
