There was def miscommunication between the bookings, confirming appts, and the website. Basically if you're booking a couples massage don't use the site. It's more for single bookings in my opinion. However Bianca, was so nice--she was able to accommodate us for another date (which we were fine with) at no charge. She calmed me down a lot being that I'm 9 months pregnant. Super sweet and just went beyond. So upon arriving for our actual appts--Bianca greeted us right away. Took our coats and we were led upstairs within 5 mins. They offered tea or water. They provided us robes/slippers and our own little cubby with a lock and key. We waited maybe 5 more mins after we got dressed --then we got taken upstairs. Very calming inside for sure. Andrew was superb! The best. Abs book with him. He was great. For a prenatal massage I felt amazing afterwards. He informed me that there will be times he's going to ask about guidance specifically the hips since that's where I'm bothered the most being that pregnant people can really only sleep on their sides. Just an amazing massage! Get the lavender scent--it's soooo good. My husband had Holly and she was super nice. He said he loved his first massage ever. She was great. She asked him any pain/problem areas. Glad to say my husband is into spas now lol. The massages and staff definitely made up for the miscommunication that happened in the beginning and happy that we didn't end up cancelling it. Def worth it. Price was under $300. Plus Bianca gifted me a complimentary body scrub which was so nice of her. She's really great. Holly, Andrew and Bianca were amazing! The last time I couldn't walk and after two sessions I'm practically back to normal. Like I said everyone gave great massages. Will definitely be coming back on a regular bases! It's not a fancy spa, but I love it so much, because that type of massage my body asking Will definitely go back again! Very convenient placeand the guy gave me the massage was really professional. When I refused to pay because of the poor result, the owner still insisted that I pay $250, even though he had originally quoted me $230. When I requested a receipt, the owner initially wrote down $250, even though the original quote was $230. After I pointed this out, he corrected the amount. The owner first gave me a handwritten receipt in Chinese, which I refused. I requested an itemized receipt in English, but he refused until my daughter strongly insisted. After issuing the receipt, my daughter noticed that the salon's Certificate of Authority (COA) was framed on the wall, but the frame covered the expiration date. When asked to uncover it, the owner refused. The female employee who applied the chemical products also refused to show her Cosmetology License (CL). After the treatment, my hair was visibly damaged with breakage at the roots. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I've gone here a few times and the last visit was the last. I went in for a pedicure and the woman…read morethat did them was terrible. Everything I asked her not to do, she did any way. Every tool I asked her not to use, she used. I have a toe injury that is covered with a bandage and I asked her to leave it alone and she took it off anyway. She hurt me and this wouldn't have occurred if she had just listened to me. The same woman did my gel nails. She kept insisting I had powder nails which I DID NOT. She kept trying to take the polish off with acetone which anyone with gel nails knows you can't do. She finally finished the nails which are supposed to last 2 or 3 weeks. (The last salon I went to last 4 weeks!) 24 hours later and the three nails on one hand had chipped. In 24 hours! Never, ever again. I'll pay more and just go somewhere with qualified nail techs. (Note: this woman that did my nails has done them nearly every time and she is rude and a terrible tech. Maybe the other girls are better but I won't be going back).
