Due to the age of the vehicle we eliminated the deflector and got new hinges based on Michael's experience in getting the glass installed without it breaking. He was very knowledgeable and quick at taking care of this situation during our monsoon in AZ. We are so impressed by Michael's willingness to help us take care of this quickly to help resolve the older car issues.
