MacPros is not a really outgoing, dynamic place - until they hire someone who fits the bill, you won't be greeted with a hug. The place is run by introverts. They're low-energy sorts. But I can think of three employees that are stellar at knowing the product and being ethical in the sale - as in selling what suited the customer best at expense of a higher ticket. I've found MacPros to be consistently helpful, honest and sincere about their passion for Apple Tech. So, in contrast to the prior critic, I recommend MacPros with the caveat that the place is very low-key. If the customer is looking for a more polished sales-culture visit MacDoctors. They over charge you rent from your vendor agreement and then proceed to move your place in the store from premium rent to the back of the store and still charge you the same amount. They ignore calls and texts from people they owe money to. Do not support this company or their MatchBox Candle Co. products sold in Colorado Springs, Denver, and beyond. I'm still owed money from January, February, March and April plus rent that they over charged me. My reports have been manipulated to fit their narrative and what they are "willing" to pay me.
