I can't remember ever having this much fun getting in shape before. And so much of it is about the community here: teachers, members and truly ALL the staff. I have taken many of the classes , which are all included in the basic membership plan (except the reformer classes). Boot Camp, TRX and Work it Circuit are my top favorites for strength training and the yoga classes are among the best I've ever taken (vinyasa flow, slow flow and restorative). They have a variety of classes for different levels of fitness and goals. The mat Pilates classes are excellent too and if I need a rest from weights I will often take one of these classes. I also started personal training with Jenn Fuji about a year and a half ago. I was having issues with my shoulder that wasn't fully recovering from an injury. She helped me rehabilitate and rebuild my strength back in that shoulder and I am now free of pain and have nearly 100% of my mobility restored. She is incredibly knowledgeable and encourages me to push just beyond my comfort zone and I have gained so much strength, stamina and self confidence. And we have fun too!!! Another aspect that I really appreciate is that they are always adding new classes to spice things up- sometimes they're pop ups for a limited time and sometimes they stay in rotation. But I love that things never stay static and boring. There is truly something for everyone, so give it a try! If not now, when?

From the moment I walk through the door, it feels less like a fitness club and more like walking into my favorite place where everybody knows your name. The staff is absolutely incredible it feels like a real-life Norm from Cheers experience, lol, where you're welcomed warmly every single visit. The sense of community here is unmatched. It is a truly safe and welcoming environment for absolutely everyone, regardless of fitness level. The instructors are fantastic, knowledgeable, motivating; and they really take the time to ensure your form is correct while pushing you to your potential. I'm constantly impressed by the variety of classes offered. Whether I'm in the mood for high-intensity, strength, or something more restorative, they have it all. Plus, the clientele is wonderful so encouraging and friendly, which makes working out fun rather than a chore. The class was packed which was a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to sit ( Ashley recommended sitting in the middle or back for newbies ) so that's what I did, a woman from the class was so polite to create a space for me which brought my anxiety down. If the classes weren't so crowded I would have gave 5 stars! Now this class was hot I mean 5 minutes in I was sweating and the class hadn't even begun yet. I love the fact that Ashley pays attention to her students, you can tell she really cares about what she does. It starts off slow and nice and manageable but the vinyasa flow whooped my butt, I was drenched in sweat, looking around like is anyone else dying and it made me feel better knowing I wasn't alone so I stuck it out and completed it, with taking breaks in between which was encouraged so I didn't feel bad. The class was very very very challenging but rewarding, it makes me want to keep coming back so I can get better because I barely know the poses names. I loved the juice section of the studio, it was much needed after class, I ordered the blueberry matcha which was delicious and filling ! Please try it. The woman making my drink was super cool! We felt welcome and importantly, we felt safe to workout out. They had scales planned for people who weren't able to safely execute the workout as planned, which made me think the coaches were experienced and they cared deeply about the longevity of their members. The coach and the owner made a point to talk to us before the workout and they remembered our names and gave us affirmations as we worked through a 30 minute WOD. Also, the members were friendly and spoke with me throughout the evening. I am looking forward to the next time I can drop in, I had a really great time!

I had the pleasure of speaking with her before everyone arrived. She was kind, sweet and has a soothing voice. She was able to answer all my questions. I used the restroom before we started and it was clean. While she continued to set up, I sat down for some tea while others trickled in. The space indoors was beautifully decorated, clean, organized and so welcoming. It was a warm and comfortable environment and the people were very friendly. We sat and chatted about our intentions for a few minutes then headed to the mats to begin the sound bath. In addition to the mats that she provided, she had pillows, a blanket and an eye mask for each of us. We were a group of 9 individuals. The sound bath was relaxing, calming, and brought this feeling of relief. Everyone's experience would be different which is why I definitely recommend trying this if you haven't. If you have, it is worth coming back to! Our lives become so busy so this was nice to reset my mind and body. This was a great event and i can't wait to try other services/ classes.

She helped us to feel like we could go through the birthing process with knowledge and awe at the same time. The day of the birth Jenn was there from the start. Her constant encouragement enabled my wife to get through the roughest patches of labor and stay focused. She was also great in helping me support my wife through the labor process. The birth of our baby was a wonderful, amazing experience and Jenn played a large part in making that come to be. Highly recommended!!!

I was determined after having my first child that the next two times I would have a doula! Yay me for following through! I contacted Dolphin Doula & Yoga and chose Jen to be my doula. A doula is so much more than just a birth coach; a doula is a partner and sister to help you before, during and after. With my second child we danced during labor in the hospital. With my third, stuck in a diagonal breach position, Jen was there to help me meditate and relax while the doctor performed a "version", turning the baby from the outside to get the head down. Yes, baby stayed head down and was delivered in the next few days! Whew!
