Gentle yoga with Linda quickly became something I looked forward to every Monday and Friday. I met so many wonderful regulars that were welcoming and amazing to flow with and Linda is so kind and a great teacher. Since having my baby, I've explored all sorts of classes at various levels at the studio and love the variety of instructors with different styles of teaching as well as class offerings. But red skies nails all 3! And added bonus- it has both hot and air conditioned classes. I'm not quite a beginner, but certainly no yogi expert. I've tried 3 styles of their classes instructors and truly enjoyed all 3! My fav was cool vinyasa today with Heather - I found it to be challenging and strengthening without the chaos of power yoga. Gentle yoga with Susan is truly an all levels class where everyone can modify poses to their skill level. Power yoga was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done! I can't wait to continue taking all 3 types of classes & improve my skill set. I'm already feeling more confident and having less back pain. The instructor Cassie was phenomenal and this was my second class with her, she truly is the best. Even though I signed up last minute through ClassPass, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. I took the Yoga + HIIT class and can't recommend it enough. It was the perfect balance of strength and flow. I also love that the studio hosts community events. And one of my favorite little details is that they offer lavender scented cold towels which was such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. I can't wait to come back for my next class!

This method is perfect for anyone desiring to truly learn yoga, and to build a healthily balance of strength, flexibility, stability, body-awareness, and calmness of mind. From my own experience it is an empowering method for learning to self-manage chronic health conditions, and to release the effects of stress from school and the work-place. I am glad I listened to my friend and attended the 9am slow flow yoga this past Saturday with instructor Katie. Katie is just a very calm demeanor that makes you really relax while you do your yoga. from my past experience, not here I was bored because it is a slower pace but after our Yoga class, I felt amazing! Katie was so good instructing us on how to do the pose, no pressure was felt it was just a very relaxing moment. Since this is yoga I wasn't expecting that my body will not hurt the next day but ohhh the next day I felt it! and I love it! all the positions and the stretching that we did was felt the next day lol. I have no complaints though, I know my body needs it since i run too and don't do stretching. I highly recommend Casita Yoga Studio for your yoga needs. Katie is amazing!

I was so sore the next day in muscles that I usually do not workout. I loved the vibe as well and it was easy to find parking!
