VETERANS BEWARE I would give zero stars if possible…read more This gym talks a big game about patriotism with American flags all over the walls, but when it comes to actually supporting the people from its own hometown who serve this country, it does absolutely nothing. I graduated from Oakdale High School and have been serving in the military for the last 10 years. Every time I come back home and try to work out here, I'm reminded that they offer zero military or first responder discount and charge me $40 for just one week. That is hard to justify when the facility itself has barely changed in years. Through multiple name changes, the weights, machines, mirrors, and overall gym setup have not been updated. It feels like you are paying premium prices for a gym that has not invested back into itself. What makes it even worse is the pricing inconsistency. New customers are expected to pay $40 a week or $60 a month, while people who were members under the previous name are apparently still paying anywhere from $1 to $10 a month. That does not feel fair, and it certainly does not feel like this business values new or returning local customers. I grew up working out in this gym, so writing this is disappointing. I wanted to support a hometown business, but instead it feels like a huge waste of money and a place that proudly displays support for the country without showing any real support for the troops, first responders, or even the community members who built this place.

Everyone is so motivating and supportive. The equipment is top of the line and they are always striving to get new and better things for their members. The coaches and owners is what really makes the place successful though. They all really care about the success of every individual that walks through their door. They make sure everyone is doing the workouts safely, and they know how to push you to work your hardest! I've been a member for almost a year now and come Monday- Friday.
