The vinyasa flow class I took today was a great experience. The instructor Sorinel did a great job helping us flow through the different poses. The room does get hot but not intolerable and the fan was turned on a couple times in the class. The yoga studio has mats and towels to rent as well as showers and lockers. You can buy water and beverages at the studio too but no water fountains. I would recommend anyone trying a class here !

Classes are small with about 8 reformers for each class which makes the experience intimate and not intimidating. A few of the classes/instructors are really great (Mimi and LG, for example), but I generally found it really distracting how MUCH all the instructors talk so much during the classes. It's really hard to focus/concentrate; that might be fine for some people but I had never encountered a yoga studio like that before. Finally, the studio space is not always that clean.

For the two weeks previously I went to the Studio almost daily to build up for my surgery. I truly feel that I was in perfect condition for the surgery due to them. 9 days post op i can walk without crutches, a walker or a cane. My surgeon sent me to an Acute Rehab facility in White Plains. I left after one day of "physical therapy" there. The professionalism, knowledge and devotion to their clients at the Pilates Studio is without comparison. It just doesn't get any better, and I am- to say the least- hard to please
