I started at the Campbell studio. That's where I started my yoga journey and got my all studio access pass. As much as I loved Ajnavi and her staff I made the difficult decision to make Santa Clara my home studio. It was just much closer to home. I've also tried the Morgan Hill studio (because Kelsey rocks!). I was excited to discover (recently) that Mountain View had a studio. And that there's one opening up soon in Palo Alto (which I'm excited ti try out). So, anyway, I'm heavy into cardio right now and enjoy the challenge of the YogaSix's sculpt and flow so out of curiosity I decided to visit Mountain View studio to see what intensity that neighborhood brought to the cardio game. The regular instructor for the class was a late scratch and Christy filled in. I have to say I was very impressed with the entrance but then I would expect no less from Mountain View. There were two helpful young ladies behind the front counter that greeted me and seeing that I was new helped to orient me with the studio. I loved that the place was filled with merchandise (although they had no men's tank tops). The studio itself was well lit and clean. The sound system which can be a pet peeve of mine was on point. I could clearly hear the instructor and at the same time enjoy the beat. The class was great. Christy brought nice energy and direction. I appreciated the fact that she brought my attention to how much I looked down while practicing. She kept reminding us to look up in our practice which I so appreciated. Nice studio, tends to get a bit packed. I liked the instructor (Bonnie), and everyone was very friendly. I attended the Hot yoga class over the weekend, and it was really good. Pace was just right. Lots of props in the back room to use as needed. They gave cool towels to wipe your face after class, which was nice. read more

Awesome studio with multiple appealing classes blending athleticism with yoga. On the balance geared to get you a quality experience vs just a work out. The location is excellent. I started with the trial 6 classes a few weeks back, but I used them all up within 2 weeks and got a membership right away. The classes are great for all levels, and as someone extremely prone to injuring myself trying to go hard on exercising from day 1, yoga is about listening to your body, and it forces me to think twice before attempting something while not recovered. The variety of classes help me tailor the experience to how I feel that day, it's so good to be able to sign up for them based on my level. Audrey's classes have really helped me understand more about my form and posture, and she's the first yoga instructor that's actually gotten me to inhale/exhale the right way for the full duration of the class - usually I'm so focused on getting poses right and pushing myself during some Vinyasa flows that I just hold my breath through them. Huge props to her coaching style during class. Zsofia's classes have also been really awesome, and I'm looking forward to just taking more classes and continuously improving. The entire staff is incredibly nice and inclusive of folks from all different fitness levels, and the atmosphere of energy, compassion, and warmth all at once is something that I really look forward to. I had a hot second a couple weeks ago where I had overextended my elbow and was nervous to show up, but they had reassured me over the phone (super kindly) that it was 100% okay to not give my 100% that day, and going to the class would still be a good choice. I appreciated the professional advice on how to take care of my elbow as well and was able to have a successful class and recover afterwards as well. I'm so glad this was the studio I found when I was searching around. I think I was nervous because I hadn't seen many reviews for this studio; but now that I've been going there for a while, I owe it to the great experience I've had over the last couple of weeks to help give others more confidence in choosing YogaSix here. read more

YogaSix is everything you hope a yoga studio will be - everyone is kind, compassionate, accommodating, the studio is sparkly clean (and smells clean), the owner and everyone who works here is lovely to interact with. I've only taken classes with Aina and she truly has a gift -- she is very attentive, offers excellent modifications, and truly pays attention and gives very valuable corrections. After over a year break from yoga, I signed up and took a class the other day. I was hesitant, but everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was incredible! The studio is brand new and beautiful. All of the spaces are large, leaving plenty of room to move around in. Including lobby and bathrooms! I'm so glad I decided to bring Y6 into my life. I took a restore class recently. I do a lot of yoga, have been for years. My daughter is a yoga instructor. The class with Audrey had me do poses I had not seen before. All were very well cued, very enjoyable. The music and lighting were soothing. I walked out of there feeling 10tears younger. Can't recommend it enough. I will be back!!! read more

I started as a Founding Member of the Y6 Mountain View. This has been a life changing experience for me as I never thought I flexible enough to enjoy the practice of Yoga. Owners Audrey and Toni and their team have taught me so much about the practice of Yoga. Yoga 6 is awesome! I tried Power Yoga in the park last week - super friendly staff, very friendly instructor and being outside made it all that much better. A welcome change after months of at-home spinning classes. I took a tour of the soon-to-open studio and it's gorgeous, clean, with high tech UV light air filtration.Such a great location with tons of parking, right off San Antonio. I liked it so much I signed up for a monthly membership (25% off right now). I was sore after Power Yoga and took Restore Yoga Tuesday evening - more relaxing than a massage! read more
