I'm partial to their 6am hour of power class during the week. I actually wish Deb taught at 6am every morning but I'm being greedy. They have classes most mornings & noon then again around dinner time. Definitely check their website for a complete list but it's easy to find a class to fit into your schedule. Not all instructors here are the same but they're all great. Every one brings their own personality to class & some can be more challenging than others. So you think $140 a month isn't cheap for yoga? Well yoga is expensive but HSY is definitely most competitive when it comes to price options. A "drop in" for most studios is at least $15 & some don't let you purchase packages. HSY does offer a trial membership so you know what you're getting into before plunking down too much cash. Yoga is an investment & if you're serious you'll definitely get your money's worth. And not every studio I've practiced at has offered locker rooms and/or showers. It's great to take a shower & change into clean clothes after 90 minutes of breathing & stretching.

That class alone has encouraged me to increase my weights significantly and the difference it's making in my strength level is notable. I also love the community aspect, everyone who works there and attends classes is so nice and welcoming, and that all starts with the owner Kristen. The place is so clean and inviting, and the boutique is top notch. I even find shirts there that are suitable for work events! There's plenty of other times to go that should fit anyone's busy schedule. All instructors are friendly & outgoing with challenging classes. They switch up classes so it's not the same routine each time. I always feel like I've gotten my ass kicked (in a good way) every class!
