I've tried calling the office multiple times and the voicemail box is always full. The one time I did get through to leave a voicemail, they never called me back (its been over a week at this point). I am unable to make any changes to my account via the client portal (e.g. change plan/frequency of service, change service date) so without being able to get anyone on the phone either, its kind of impossible. Moments ago, I got a live person on the phone but it seemed like they were from a call center and not the actual Sparks office so they were going to pass my message along. They weren't actually able to do anything for me themselves. While the service itself is fine, when they come, its not worth the frustration. I have asked to cancel my recurring service completely and will look for another provider.

We have been so thrilled with how much exercise my two dogs get and how well cared for they are. I know that my dogs will never go to any other kennel and I'm a veterinarian! The owners are true dog lovers, the kennels are large and the dogs are allowed out multiple times a day with the staff. The puppy was happy to go home but he was also well taken care of and clean. Honey bears isn't like many of the places around town, it's clean and you are able to tour where you dog will stay while you're gone. Brought Max, my mini-schnauzer, and needed to have daycare for him on several half days plus full days as neeed. Max can be quite a challenge as he has separation anxiety, and that high-pitched breaking glass bark doesn't make him easy at all. But the kind folks at Doggie Day Care were total pros at making him feel at home, and giving me no worries leaving him there. I like how they have a small dog area that is separate from the large dogs, with lots of toys to play with. Evidently Max liked everything a lot too, as every time I dropped him off, he gave it his fuss of approval at first but then calmed down fairly quickly. Definitely -- I recommend them, and Max gives them 4 paws up too.

We've been to see her a couple times now at Fantasia Pet Resort and Kristi is great! I just text her for an appointment and she usually finds time within a day or so for me to come in. Her prices are the best in town for cat nail trims- $10 per cat. My vet charges $22! And i have two cats...that adds up fast. I can't give five stars because a. Kristi hasn't asked for any paperwork, proof of vaccination etc. and while my boys are vaccinated, who knows about the other animals?! and b. They take your kitties and you can't go in with them. So I haven't seen the space and don't really know how things go during the actual process. They seem fine and their claws are short so I am probably just overprotective but I wish it wasn't so mysterious. Oh and since this place is mostly a kennel for dogs, we had one not fantastic interaction with a dog last time while on our way out. Nothing big, just not ideal.
