Our experience with David was top notch. His communication, and follow up which are important to us, was terrific. Most important...our dog was well taken care of and returned happy, with no issues. (Not like previous experiences at some area kennels.) We can now plan some trips and not worry about what to do with our Doodle as we know David will be there and Ollie will be happy and well cared for in his care.

I went through the reservation system Dena has, which is convenient but intentionally left the additional information about the house sitting blank because I didn't really know the exact information she needed. I anticipated the follow up because I would be a new client and subsequent meet n greets with our pup would be what I thought were apart of the process. Well, she emails me that I didn't complete the additional information and to give her a call. I had a gap in my schedule to call... so I called and her tone is not friendly, she does not answer on behalf of the business so I awkwardly share that I am following up on her email to discuss my service but because I need this done in March she tells me it's faraway so she will call me tomorrow....I'm perplexed with why you would have me call you to just tell me that you'll discuss tomorrow...she reluctantly says OK we can talk about it now. And another comment about how she didn't think I would call so soon. I am not feeling the interaction and let her know to disregard my request because I don't want to proceed with her...and what do you know...she hangs up on me. Minutes later I receive a text that she was on another call and didn't mean to upset me. Uhm, ok? So why answer my call...and just hanging up on me, why not share that you have a call on another line?? Super unprofessional.

Hair B&B was the first place I was comfortable with leaving and truly knowing that my dogs were going to have a blast until we got back. I have always been very particular and worried that many people/places don't treat your dogs the way you want them to or they never get to play, but with Hair B&B that is not a worry and it honestly is so nice to know that while you are gone (my babies are like my children obvi!) Everytime we come back, they seem sooo happy and tired! Crystal also comes and picks them up right after we leave and drops them off for us to be with them right away when we get back which makes everything SO convenient!! There is always a spot for them even when I ask last minute. I could go on an on clearly, but we love this place - so thankful for y'all and loving our babies like they are your own!!

I came into learning of bark buddies by the suv driving around with the very inviting art work. Ashley was nice enough to come to my home and meet me and my dog Rosie. My dog instantly gravitated to her. It was nice to learn that Ashley can pick up in the car and take to a neighboring area to walk which was my preference . She lets you know when she's in route to the home and shares a map of the route and picture of the doggie walking, I know there was some period in which she couldn't take my dog but her brother came and offered the same open communication of the walk. There was even help in cleaning the yard. This was the first time in which my dog was home alone ti be picked up but seeing the photo and hearing the successful walk brought me peace of mind when I couldn't be near. I know Bark buddies offers yard clean up as well if things get busy! Thank you Ashley and Bark Buddies for being a great support for my dog - daughter!

Do not use Fetch Petcare! Beware. Not sure if they have a person who coordinates locally or owns…read morelocally, or management had switched owners, but either way, the service is horrible. I called 4 weeks ahead of a trip to ensure I had ample time and planning. Their follow through and poor communication from their management team was less than mediocre. The quoting process wasn't too bad. They quoted me, got me scheduled in their system, had me upload a card and confirmed my dates and times. Then they said, they would call me in a week or so to let me know who was available. We had a previous sitter (2018), whom they said they would call first, then reach out to others if the sitter wasn't available. 3 weeks goes by without a call. Mind you, my trip is right around the corner, so I call in. They answered promptly and told me there was a mix up and they'd let me know the next day. No call the next day. Then I call a day later with a sense of urgency. The person I spoke to wasn't sure of what was going on and then escalated me to management. Management, then proceeds to give me some B.S. story about how no one is available and that they were going to call me today to let me know. (this left me with minimal time to find an alternative solution) The whole purpose of calling them 4 weeks prior to my trip was to ensure I had a plan in place. When they flaked on me, they had no real good reason why and offered up no solutions, except for "sorry" (that was from "management" after it was escalated) In summary, save yourself the headache and do not call or use Fetch Petcare if you live in Reno. There are better services out there that care for your pets. With their poor customer service and excuses, I would be concerned about the care that my pets would have been receiving anyway. Glad they showed their true colors. To be fair, they used to be a good service back in 2018, but somewhere their quality slid to an all time low. Possibly because they changed management or ownership.

Our dogs were coming home with a ton of anxiety and pent up energy, which was exactly the opposite of what we expect from a day at daycare. It would be different if we were informed.. biggest issue is that we weren't.
