I started this service in December and have had two service days so far. Both times, the…read moretechnicians came on a different day than scheduled without notifying me of the schedule change in advance. I've tried calling the office multiple times and the voicemail box is always full. The one time I did get through to leave a voicemail, they never called me back (its been over a week at this point). I am unable to make any changes to my account via the client portal (e.g. change plan/frequency of service, change service date) so without being able to get anyone on the phone either, its kind of impossible. Moments ago, I got a live person on the phone but it seemed like they were from a call center and not the actual Sparks office so they were going to pass my message along. They weren't actually able to do anything for me themselves. While the service itself is fine, when they come, its not worth the frustration. I have asked to cancel my recurring service completely and will look for another provider.

Chase helped me out today and was friendly and conversational. Inflation has hit all of us and they do their best to keep prices within reason, though our dog food (Zignature) when up almost 15% since we last bought. Again, not their doing. A great place with an ample selection of pet food and supplies. They also have pet washing stations for you to use. Great location in the NW, ample parking and convenient hours.

There are two stations and I've never ran into not having one available. If you use their dog wash station the best bang for your buck is the $50 wash dog card. It's a $75 value and you get 5 washes. It knocks $5 off per wash if you do it that way. Employees have always been helpful and smiling. They assisted my husband and I with what type of dog food to switch to since our girl is now 8. They also have a selection of medications? Harnesses, toys, frozen foods, etc. all the things you'd see at a huge store.

I have a Pit Bull that has a TON of allergies. I had her tested and received 11 pages of things she was allergic to. When I came in with my daunting list and asked Molly for assistance she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I could have imagined. She took the 11 pages and consolidated it to 3 laminated pages, with specific categories. I wish the company that performed the test would have been that precise. I've gone here twice, and both were to pick up specific things. The first was for nail clippers and the second was for disc and ball toys to throw for my collie. It was super easy to find the items in the store and associates were eager to help. The lady who helped me knew the store layout well and was able to point me in the right direction of the toys I was looking for. I haven't used the dog washes in the back, but just might have to so I can review those as well!
