The cashier was friendly when it my time to pay, although I wasn't greeted when I entered the store, I didnt really mind. I feel it's unnatural to scream at someone when they're walking in to a business. This Yogurland is set up conveniently across the street from the UPS Hub I work in. I stop by when I'm on my way to work. I'm in and out in a matter of minutes. I've hardly seen kids when I'm in the store, unlike the location close to my house. Less kids, less mess. Worst experience ever first of I love there yogurt but today I went in got my daughter her cup of yogurt and I received sample cups so I got the raspberry white chocolate while I was eating it I felt something a little hard in my mouth and went I took it out to see what it was it was a fudging FINGER NAIL!!!!! This particular location needs to step it UP!!! While I understand that we are in the midst of the pandemic; come on, folks love sweets. There are particular flavors that should be available from opening to closing. CHOCOLATE being a fave...of course 30 minutes prior to closing they were out of CHOCOLATE. With it nearing closing there was a rush, so there was an added wait to confirm with the employee they were out. It was shared that due to it being close to closing whatever is out is out. We settled for a different flavor, not to mention there were very few to select. Quite a few of the flavors were out of order. For a business to run sufficiently, I feel that the same variety and quality of service should be available from beginning to end. Not to mention the customers that came in after us inquired about CHOCOLATE as well. CHOCOLATE is a necessity. The customer service was adequate, but on a Friday night I'd suggest at least two employees. read more

This place has all the toppings I want especially the gummy bears. I don't like it though when their yogurt sometimes come out too soft and they already start melting when you eat. When I decided to eat there, the tables were pretty sticky. It would be nice for the employees to clean the tables frequently. read more

So my wife and I come here all the time, and I figured it's about time that I write a review. I tried the rocket pop sorbet it was the bomb Vietnam it reminded me of those sunny days in July when I was 11 years old and I used to hear the beautiful sounds of the ice cream truck going by. My mom would give me $.50 to run across the street, almost get hit by a car and order the glorious Iciness of a rocket Pop Pop sickle from a guy who looks like he just got out of jail. The young lady behind the counter was wearing black lipstick which I thought was kind of weird but she was very friendly and helpful she gave us a lot of little sample cups to use and also she offered advice on how to correctly use our rewards card. We enjoyed our time here at Yogurtland and we will probably return because every time we eat spicy food we always crave something sweet and yummy and Yogurtland has never let us down. read more

Walked in to a quiet store, two flavors empty by the way, filled up my tubs carefully, spending time, only to be told they won't take a clearly new $100 bill. These are counterfeit proof! I went to yogurt land today after a while of trying to stay a way for the sake of my waistline. This location is still my favorite location. It's always clean but the only problem I had today was with the clerk Jacky. She wouldn't take my yogurt land card because I gave her my ATM card first and she quickly swiped so I can't use rewards. It's your card! You should ask for it first! Stop penalizing your customer for not asking for your own rewards card. All other stores ask if you have a rewards card first! Come on yogurt land! Yougurtland especially this location is really clean and they always have excellent flavors. The workers really busy there butt and are very polite when they speak to you. Worst customer service ever given but what can I expect from a minimum wage employee. I went in to reward my two sons for doing good in school and for doing some chores around the house. As the kids finished topping off the yogurts with junk food we proceeded to pay only to be humiliated in front of everyone in line only because I was paying for cash. Since when has cash become obsolete in the United States!!!!!! Not everyone carries around credit cards and debit cards 100% of the time. I tell the young lady if it was ok to make an exception on my $50 bill but she just gave me the "can't you read sign" look on her face. I then asked her if my kids can stay here with my wife and enjoy the hard earned yogurt and she declined my request with offering to keep the $5 yogurts hostage until I paid for them.. WHY CANT HUMAN BEINGS BE MORE UNDERSTANDING OF KIDS!!! This was my go to location since it was convenient and right down the street from work and school. They will NEVER get my business or CASH $$$ again all because of some rogue employees who has no compassion for kids. I love frozen yogurt! I am originally from Law dale we usually go to the one in Manhattan beach but went to this location today as it is closer to my new home. We went in and got 7 yogurts. Total was around 35$ we handed her a 100$ bill and the casher said she couldn't accept it. I understand but still asked to speak to her manager to see if a exception could be made. She said no way. I told her my parents and my kids would sit inside the restaurant and eat the yogurt while I got change next door. She was so upset and said no she had to get the yogurts until I paid. I told her kindly I would be back I was not going to go without paying she said she wanted them back because I couldn't take the yogurts outside and I told her I wasn't. I told her she was being to rude as I would be back and I repeatedly told her simply to take the 100$ if she didn't want me to leave she said she wasn't and I said well I can't throw all the yogurts away I'll be back meanwhile they will eat some of it so it doesn't melt and or would you rather us throw them away and leave? She said yes throw them away. That made me so upset so many people are starving and so many homeless people. My husband himself has been homeless and people being so mean and wasteful is so sad I'm so disappointed by this manager. read more
