Yogurtland is always a win with my kids. It's tucked away in Memorial City Mall, and right now it's basically camouflaged behind some construction--looks like a new store going in, but it totally blocks the view of Yogurtland. If I were them, I'd be begging for a rent discount or asking to move to a more visible spot because this location is in stealth mode. That said, if you're heading here for some pretty good frozen yogurt, you won't be disappointed. I had the pistachio and cheesecake flavors, both of which were solid choices, but the pistachio was easily my favorite. They've got several flavors to choose from and tons of toppings. Fruit, candies, chocolates...you name it. The fruit was fresh, the gooey candy looked delicious, but I kept it classy with just blueberries. There's not really much seating, but that's fine--it's a grab-your-yogurt-and-go kind of place. Just be warned: it's not cheap. It adds up fast, especially if you have kids who treat themselves to toppings galore. But the treats are tasty and worth it now and then. Now, a little real talk about the service: if it bugs you when employees don't acknowledge your existence, this might push your buttons. Pretty much every time I've been here, there's a teenager working--and always on the phone. Like, always. Last time, the girl didn't even look at me, nor did she say a single word. It was like self-checkout, but not as good. She just kept chatting and laughing with a friend on the phone like I wasn't even there. While I find it rather impolite, I teach teenagers, so I also understand it. They're often underpaid and stuck in there for hours bored out of their minds. Still, it'd be nice if they paused the convo for like, 10 seconds, just to make brief eye contact and say something. They are young, but improved communication skills will serve them well in the future. All that said, I like this place, and I'll be back. Sorry to tell you that this Yogurtland store lacks sanitary and quality checks. I was trying on a couple of flavors. Few of them came out like a runny nose. Flavor of the Month came out a froyo supposed to be. But as soon as it got onto the scale, it started to melt. I'm not in the business of telling them how to run the store. But isn't this a basic operation? Oh, you want to know something really gross? Since they allow sampling, I saw an elderly foreign couple sat on the chairs indulging the free samples. The worst part was they used their one-and-only sampling cup to get refills, repeatedly. They even wiped the spouts with the used cups. Did they pay? Hello no! If the management is reading this review, please have someone policing the guest area. I felt really bad about the sign says, "People love us on Yelp". Count me out. I go to Memorial City Mall a lot. Partially it's due to my close proximity to the mall and also because I work in the area. I go there to eat at the food court, or just to shop. Whatever. So one day, when I was walking around the mall, I saw a brand new Yogurtland had just opened up at the mall!!! Woohoo! About damn time, I thought! This yogurtland offers the same great flavors with the same low pricing that the other locations offer, so I don't have to write anything about that. However, what makes this location different from the other ones is the fact that it is located inside a mall. So it does have different hours. While the other locations close at either 11 pm or midnight, this particular location closes when the mall closes. So for you, that's 9 pm Monday through Saturday and 6 pm on Sunday. Also, this location doesn't have tables inside the store. It only has one long bench inside the store with additional seating are with tables and chairs outside. The yogurtland is located right next to Helzberg jeweler, on the opposite side of the food court if you're trying to find it. read more

I've been to this one a few times while shopping at the mall. They usually have all the usual flavors for froyo but the toppings are always hit or miss. The fruit isn't always fresh and the floor is always sticky or peppered with napkins or spills. Today was a good experience. My friend got the tart flavor froyo with blackberries. They have many options some of the flavors include: cheesecake, chocolate, birthday cake, vanilla and strawberry lemonade sorbet. They give you sample cups so you can try the flavor before purchasing. There are many toppings to choose from fruit to candy. After topping yogurt just place to scale to weigh and enjoy. Solid location of YogurtLand, although located in the mall, this spot offers plenty of flavors that are delectable with fresh toppings. Manager was kind and passionate. Explained they only used fresh fruit and never any frozen fruit. The strawberries and blueberries that I added to my yogurt had a good bite and were vivid in color. I tried the pumpkin spice cold brew coffee and milk tea yogurt flavors today. They were great. I love that YogurtLand often introduces new flavors for each season. A classic favorite is the dutch chocolate and pistachio flavors. Crisp and creamy, you can never go wrong with frozen yogurt. I actually think it's best that they halted the usage of sample cups. That was becoming an unsanitary mess. This location is clean and so are the yogurt machines. They no longer have their water fountain by the front side of the store. I believe taking sanitary and precaution measures is best at this time and this location does that best. YogurtLand is a sweet spot to drop by, whilst grabbing some cuppa' yogurt and then walking around the mall. I'll definitely be back to visit and try new flavors. Until next time! read more

My family and I visited this location. Niko and some young girl never looked up to even greet us. My kids 11 and 7 years old began preparing their yogurt. Headed to checkout and was told by Niko he could give us a spoon until we paid. I responded with wait what? the girl nudged him to go ahead and give a spoon. he begrudgingly did so for all 4 yougurt until my husband paid. Although it's kind of hidden inside memorial city mall, I still enjoy the idea that I can end my shopping adventure with frozen yogurt at Yogurtland. Their frozen yogurt was not too sweet, which is what I like. Plus, they have a rewards program that you can join. The only downside is that, they have less flavors to pick from at this location compared to their other stores. But the fruit selection they offer is fresh and sweet. I love me some froyo. Pretty standard little place with a great selection of flavors. The topping selection is nice, too. Plenty of fresh fruit, candy, and other bits of sweet deliciousness. I've become accustomed to putting cheesecake bits in my yogurt. Pricing is pretty good. Not super expensive, but not the cheapest around. I do love the cute spoons they give you. There are little designs on the spoons with different animated characters. And the spoons claim to be biodegradable, which is a plus if true. My wife loved to put almond on her yogurt and this location had none! The service was alright. There were cups laying on top of the counter for customers to take as many as they liked. This location is inside of the Memorial City Mall opposite the food court. Flavors rotate depending on the time of year, but they keep their classics such as the plain, dutch chocolate, cheesecake, and strawberry year-round. The yogurts taste (almost) as creamy as real ice cream except with half the calories so you get to make up for that by adding mounds of chocolate-y, crunchy toppings. There were a few girls digging their dirty little hands into the candy and chocolate as if it was a buffet. I wanted a free sample but there was no workers in sight. It's also the cheapest self serve froyo place in a 5 mile radius so that's a plus too. This place has a typical froyo set up with the self serve stations with about 12ish different flavors. Then the toppings stations with fruit and candy next to it etc. They used to have fresh fruit, but on my most recent trip, there was canned fruit. The flavors aren't as rich as other froyo places, but it's acceptable especially since I dump a bunch of candy, cookie dough, and brownie bites on my froyo!
