Well, if you've been to a marble slab, then you pretty much know how it works. You wait in line, you figure out what you want: whether its' something off the menu that they'll mix for you, or if it's just a scoop or two of ice cream of your own choosing. I've been to this location A LOT (I admit I have a small case.... ok FINE! a BIG CASE of sweet tooth!) and every time I go, I've never had an issue with the ice cream, or cake, or the staffs not speaking much English. They ALWAYS get my orders right. But then again, it's kind of hard to screw up an ice cream order when you just point to the wall and say "I'd like a small cookie dough drizzle" or, "small vanilla", or even pointing at a cake and say, "one cake". This location is in the Carillion shopping center. They have plenty of outside and inside seating. The outside seating is shaded, so a perfect place to enjoy an ice cream cone. Marble slab has a variety of flavors, but they were only just ok (I tasted 4 or 5). They have a bunch of different things you can mix into your ice cream too. They have waffles cones and waffle bowls as well as the regular bowls and cones. The guys working there were efficient. Overall, it was a nice Sunday snack, but I wouldn't make a special trip. I prefer the places where I get to put in the different toppings so I can control the ratio of ice cream or yogurt to topping. They generally greet you quickly upon walking in, and they always have at least 20 different flavors and a dozen different mix-ins on hand.
