They never have all of their advertised flavors working...you get excited to see pistachio and when you pull that handle...nothing. So you switch to another flavor and guess what you get when you pull that handle? nothing. I took the family there yesterday and out of 10 flavors, only 3 were available. I don't get it. This place is goodness, I came w my friend this morning and i really like. I got the vanila one but i think i should try more.

In NY we have 16 handles & pinkberry. In Indio they have yogurtland (as far as I know). The display is like 16 handles, you choose your size of cup, and then choose the flavors you want. There were specific flavors from Candy Crush which I thought was amazing. They had the orange fizzicle and the maple donut and almost every week they release a new flavor. I really enjoyed that yogurtland had a pistachio flavor as I never had pistachio froyo before. They had tart as well, my absolute flavorite (ha). They also had many many different toppings to go on the froyo, mochi (an absolute must), they had different flavors of popping bubbles, gummy worms, fresh fruit and many more. Worst yogurt shop I've been to in a long time. There are only a few things that yogurt shops need to have to get a good or great review... working machines, a decent number of yogurt flavors, have a selection of fresh toppings, and cleanliness of the space... Yogurtland is a chain, nothing spectacular is expected. This location didn't have any machines out of order, even though a few should have been. I don't enjoy selecting a flavor, pulling the lever, and having liquid flavors oozing out. When I finally found flavors that were actually frozen, the toppings were there to disappoint. They literally had nothing... more than half the compartments were empty. No cheesecake pieces, mochi, starwberries, or Cap'n crunch. The employee just stood there and stared at the empty selections, and would look up at me staring at her... lol. So awkward. Not to mention pieces of toppings thrown everywhere on the counters, and the floor. So gross. Never coming back to this location. read more

I haven't been to a Yogurtland since prior to Covid. I went in today thinking they surely would have changed their model away from self service. I was disgusted to see multiple people at each machine all dispensing their own yogurt. How on earth does that make sense when all the restaurants had to close during Covid? My wife ordered through postmates and after being delivered wrong we drove to the store to exchange them. The girl at the counter Alexandria was rude and told us we would have to pay for the new yogurts since she could no longer sell the old yogurt. (Not my problem). I told her I would not pay because we had already paid. She also told me "It's not my fault your yogurt you ordered wasn't correct". I then asked her to get a manager and instead she calls the store owner. After running in the back and telling him her version of what transpired he tells her to give me 50% off! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I again told her I would not pay. Remember during all of this she is nasty and yelling at me. That's right yelling at a paying customer. She then snapped at my wife who until this point hadn't said a word and long story short my wife left crying and I left fuming. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. The yogurt is sufficient and tasty. There is a wide range of toppings which is great. However the tidiness and service needs help. My friend and I walked in and no one was behind the counter to greet us. We were in there for a good 5 minutes and still no one was behind the counters. I love Yogurtland but the service at this specific Yogurtland was trash. The girl working had so much attitude and was no help at all. She was really really rude and kept giving me and my friends dirty looks. I tired to get her name but she had no name tag on. Happy to have one here in the desert. We are used to our here in the city and have been loyal customers for years now. They have the best toppings. I wished they had a better granola otherwise we like almost all they have to offer. Yogurt selection is not the best compared to the other ships nearby.. We had one bad experience. It was a holiday this past week and they had run out of toppings. Some of it was fruit, you'd hope they would be stocked for a holiday weekend.. or stop at the Sprouts across the parking lot and get the items .. needed. Love this Yogurtland location. It is well maintained by the employees. Every time I come in you can see them running around cleaning. It is so nice to come into such a well maintained environment. Also great customer service.. Met Shanik and thought she was an amazing employee - she was full of energy, made the place immaculate, and was so mannerly, I even saw her helping some kids get water when they were struggling. Went here the other night for yogurt and was surprised to see they were giving folks free yogurt for national yogurt day. We were excited to try the new flavors and had a great experience in the establishment. The employees were very helpful as well as nice and everybody was smiling.
