My daughter got the cookie monster flavor and she said it tasted odd. I tried jt and it definitely tasted like soured milk. I called to ask what flavor it was supposed to be and the guy didn't know, I explained that it didn't taste good but he did nothing to make our experience better. Even after I asked if he could taste it to confirm. Didn't offer to change our flavor a refund or nothing. Got home and my husband tried it, he confirmed it had gone bad. Their yogurt has no flavor. All of the choices have the flavor turned all the way down. Do you want something? That's really gonna pop when you put in your mouth, but this was very far from that. There are better options for frozen yogurt in the valley. read more

I originally tried Tutti-Frutti because it is a really cute spot located right next to Starbucks, near Costco. It's clean, nicely laid out, pretty, and friendly. What kept me coming back was the "Taro-bly Delicious" flavor that they carried for a long time. That was my favorite. They don't carry it anymore, but they do carry a nice selection. Tonight I'm having strawberry cheesecake, coconut strawberry, Dulce de leche, and a little bit of chocolate. The texture is perfect. Really glad to see that they have mochi and a nice selection of fresh fruit. It's the usual frozen yogurt topping fare. The staff here are really kind and helpful. Overall, it's a super happy place even though, like most frozen yogurt joints, it's not cheap. read more

As I said in my tip, religion and frozen yogurt do not mix. In fact, IMHO, religion and ANY business doesn't mix, unless that business is directly related to the religion of the owner. And that's why I've dropped my rating down a couple of notches. I don't want it shoved in my face, as it is here, where it's much more than just being closed on Sundays. Having said that, it is excellent yogurt. Flavors seem to be much stronger than other froyo brands, making it easier to distinguish them when they're all mixed together in the cup. The pomegranate was way too soupy, but all the others held up. The chocolate was the best I've ever had. This store doesn't look as fresh and bright as other yogurt places, but it was okay. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars because of how terrible their customer service was. I had a horrible experience with their employees on staff @ 7:00 pm Saturday night. They barely acknowledged me and my family. I felt so uncomfortable and as if I was being judged at the topping station. They looked like they clearly did not want to help us. Answered our questions very dryly and didn't ever offer help or try to engage conversation whatsoever, not even a smile or a "hello". Felt very discriminated against as a person of color. The customers who they helped as we walked in were palm colored and were assisted in a very different and kinder manner than we were. Not a huge fan! For some reason the flavors are not tasty...and the staples they do have that rotate frequently are just okay. We came from Yogurtland, 15 minutes away, disappointed by their service and upset. Immediately when we walked in, we were greeted and given sample cups without any problem after asking. The place is spotless and well decorated. They even have a little kids area with a TV playing a movie. The yogurt was good, and the fruit fresh. The only downside was that the gummy candy was hard, which is understandable as we came in around 15 minutes before closing. read more

This would have been a nice family visit if it weren't for the 2 idiots working behind the counter. They were talking like hood rats about their personal life and getting faded all while cussing the whole time. I'm there with my small kids, and there were other families there also, trying to enjoy the yogurt but I ended up leaving because of the employees. I LOVE this place! It's very addicting. I like the yogurt because it doesn't give you that "yuck" feeling, like you've had too much sugar after you eat it. Also, the flavors are so good! Do not waste your time at this yogurt and boba shop! This was by far my worst expirence I have ever had! The staff whom I found out were the owners were so rude! I made a request for a drink and instead of saying no they lied to me saying they were all out of boba, but I could clearly see they had more. When asked them about they straight up ignored me. This place is great. They have a kid's area for them to play our watch a show. Nice roomy seating area. Taro froyo, Boba, Pocky sticks, flavor bubbles, oh my. I do recommend skipping on trying to make your own regular cone though. Unless your pretty good at it. It's so tempting to try and make the biggest cone you can for two bucks but their froyo is a bit on the softer side so it doesn't hold up very well. Good selection of flavors and toppings. Only vanilla for No Sugar Added, just like every other froyo place. They have sorbet, but haven't tried that yet. Nice staff. Hubby LOVES buying frozen yogurt here because of their rewards system...buy ten, get one free. I've come to realize that I will never have any other flavor option than boring vanilla for No Sugar Added flavors at any yogurt shop - except Pecan Praline, which is just nasty. I love me some Boba. This place has it. However when I stopped by yesterday the girl working said she was new and did know how to make a Boba. She said the owner was out and if I wanted to wait I could. I did not wait. I go back today to get my Boba fix. I had been there 10 time and had collected 10 stamps on the frequent buyer card. I presented it to the cashier thinking I would get a free Boba. Wrong - 45 cents the owner charged me. What? What is the point of going there 10 times? To get a FREE item.
