I actually really like that this opened up here specifically because it's open later than the surrounding froyo stores. It's just so unfortunate that I got my hopes up tonight when searching to satisfy my sweet tooth. Came up to the doors just a few minutes after 10:30 to see all the chairs flipped and doors locked. To make sure I wasn't losing my mind I glanced over at the store hours and saw that there is a piece of tape covering the "11pm" close time with "10:30" handwritten on top. I'm not going to give this 1 star because I DO like yogurtland and I completely understand that sometimes businesses may need to close down a little early, but this just broke my heart tonight. Even on Yelp it still said "closes soon" so I made a trip across town only to be disappointed. Boo. ------------------------------- Update: I have since been contacted by the manager and after some sincere apologies I was even offered a free yogurt upon my return. I've also been ensured that it was a one-time error that should not be reoccurring. It's nice to know that they took the time to care about my review and correct the action. Toppings Always Look Messed Over and Unappetizing, well the 1s that they do have because no matter what time of the month or day I go they always seem to be out of several toppings. Yogurt Self Serve areas are always dirty not all but even looking at 1 or 2 overflowed trays is unattractive. Young staff has not quite grasp the concept of customer service! I would say DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION IT RUINS THE YOGURTLAND EXPERIENCE. Every time I come here they have not only new selections but also the classic favorites! I really love coming to this Yogurtland in Lancaster because the staff is always friendly and helpful. I never had such poor service from here until tonight. I came here with my family around 9:20pm and a worker named crystal asked us not to sit on the couches because she was cleaning them they were getting ready to close. Even though there were a couple of customers already sitting over there. So we said ok and we sat in the middle of the store squeezing in on the small table. Then there was a hair on my mango and when I went up to crystal she responded with "I don't know what you want me to do about it." She didn't even try to help or figure something out. I asked if I could speak to a manager or a shift lead and she said no one was there. Her coworker must've heard and came out to tell us we could get another one. I work in the food industry and when something like that happens its normal for the worker to apologize and figure out a way to resolve an issue. The customer service was very poor. read more

I do NOT recommend you eat here! One employee. I took my kids out and paid for our yogart. The employee (Heidi) said machine was slow but since I didn't need a receipt, we were told to go ahead and eat. About 5 minutes later, she claims my card didn't work. I gave her a different card, to which she said it also wouldn't go through. After standing there 5-10 minutes, she informed me the machine was down and she was keeping my debit card information to run it through the next day. Or, I was given the option of driving over to go get money. So, I leave my kids to finish and I go stand in line to get cash. Came back about 15 minutes later, no parking! Finally come in and give her $23 for 3 cups of yogart. When I sit down my (expensive) yogart was melted! Other customers kept coming in and she informed NO ONE that the machine was down, and either kept credit card information on slips of paper, or made them leave to get money! While sitting she allowed kids to touch cups to their mouths and put hands in cups before putting them back in the stack of available cups! Two teenage girls came in and took sample cups, repeatedly filling them with all flavors over and over. One even had the nerve to ask for toppings to go on her samples! She never asked them to leave, yet myself, a paying customer, was asked to leave to get cash or risk leaving my debit card information on little pieces of paper! I contacted the corporate office the next day to which they replied the owner would be notified and contact me. Never happened! If this is how this business is run, I will no longer patronize this establishment. Letting people lick cups, put dirty hands in the cups and leaving them for paying customers, is so unhygienic. Allowing people to wander taking samples for lengthy amounts of time, is wrong. The worst, taking a patrons credit card and leaving it with security codes, on the counter to be stolen was over the top! I paid $23 for a melted cup of yogart. My son threw his out because he was upset at the situation and my daughter took hers home. To top it off, the owner doesn't care!! Never going back! read more

I'm not writing this review because of how good yogurt land is, we all know that. I'm writing strictly about the personal, sweet interaction we had with the girl working tonight. Her name was Wendy. I went in with my mom and daughter. My daughter is 3 and has autism. She's very high functioning and well behaved. While I was getting our yogurt, Wendy was talking to my daughter, gave her some temporary tattoos, and even some M&Ms to keep her busy while i finished up. She then went on to compliment how polite and well behaved my daughter was. It made my night. Thank you so much Wendy, you made me, my mom, and my daughter smile! read more

We love this place. We have been to a few frozen yogurt places in the valley. They are all good in one way or another. But, this place always has new flavors, and the ones you love. My husband and I went in there and had the most amazing customer service from Shaq! He was so friendly and helpful from the second we walked in. Stop by to treat my 2 year old child for some frozen yogurt. As we walked in the establishment was clean and few folks where sitting and enjoying their yogurt. I got my two cups and started serving myself. When I got to the toppings it was alittle messy but what do you expect trying to get your toppings into your cup. I got alittle of the vanilla yogurt and a few toppings for my daughter and I got just aliitle more than her. For both of us it was $10 and some change. Too pricy for one cup of spitful of yougurt with small amount of toppings and a half cup of yougurt with some toppings. I paid for my stuff and the young girl gave me tops for my cups she sees me struggling and began checking out another customer that was next to me. Please let the customers go first before pushing them away. I apoligized to the customer for not moving fast enough and she didnt mind and said to take my time. I felt rushed by the cashier luckly the customer was very understanding. Overall the yogurt was delicious and enjoyable. 1 minus star for the price and 1 minus start for the rush. read more
