Horrible experience at this location! The inside doorknob from bathroom is missing! My Autistic daughter was Locked in and panicked!!! We came here for the Unlimited 8oz. Cup promotion, and it was a success! Sure it was packed that night but I had a lot of fun. The customer service was great too as they guided us on how to get started on our very own unlimited cup. It was really fun getting to stack frozen yogurt up as high as we could. My girlfriend and I tried to use the topping to balance more yogurt but ultimately we decided not to go too high or we might make a mess. What resulted was a delicious dessert and a night of laughs! Visited this location last night and I was shooketh. It was messy with yogurt spilled on the floor near the counter where everyone was stepping on it. The toppings were awful! They looked like they had been there since the morning or longer. The chocolate pieces were a mess of crumbs. The chocolate fudge and magic shell dispensers were broken and empty. I got some cheesecake bites and they were so nasty! I should have aborted when I was scooping a slimy mess into my cup. They were gummy and had a weird taste. Love love love Yogurtland! Before Yogurtland, there was Pinkberry. Pinkberry still exists but personally, I prefer Yogurtland. More variety of fun flavors & toppings! However, every Yogurtland is different depending on management & location. This particular location is right across from the Galleria @ Tyler, aka Tyler Mall for us longtime residents of the area. I came when they first opened about 13 months ago & was not very impressed. I've been back many times since, hoping they'd step up their game. Most recently, the dispensing machines were a mess & the toppings were all over the place. With the amount of people working at the time, someone could surely keep it much cleaner & neater. When I go to any Yogurtland, I will turn around & walk right back out if it's a mess. By mess I mean drippings on the counters & in the toppings. On more than a few occasions, not only they will run out of popular flavors (so disappointing) but sometimes the frozen yogurt is like NOT frozen, it's soft or runny/drippy: YUCK. Perhaps the temperature needs adjustments! You may sample the different flavors with tiny cups that are available for your convenience, sitting in disarray in a tray on the counter, that look like people/children enjoyed juggling with. Ew. To me, these are management issues that need to be addressed immediately. read more

This is the very first place I tried frozen yogurt when I started college back in 2009. I do love the tart, which pairs nicely with fruits. I also give them a higher rating because I was hosting a banquet for an organization for approximately 100 people. For dessert the org wanted to serve froyo, so we called this location and they worked with us on the details of our order. Ewwwww... think I came on a bad day! Co-worker & I decided to head over here on a break, desperately in need of something sweet and refreshing and quick and... you get the idea! She suggested this place since it was brand new and still sparkly & shiny! Here's where it falls apart for me.... There were a bazillion kids there... I could be exaggerating but ehhh I'm pretty sure it was somewhere between bazillion and gazillion! Now, I LOVE children - might even act childlike at times - but ummm not so much when they're sticking their fingers in the machines (trying to taste the froyo because mom wouldn't grab sample cups) & when they're digging into the toppings with their hands, shoving them in their mouths, and grabbing handfuls only to release them back into the container. I get it - decisions, decisions! And it's not their fault - they're kids!! Fun part, employees don't do or say anything... don't clean the drippy machines, replace the dirty scoops/tongs, and don't replace the containers of toppings even after a handful of kids have been playing in there like it was a sandbox. So for this, I'm out! I did get some froyo (no toppings) - Can't even remember the flavor, nothing special but it did soothe a craving we had. Don't think I'll be back but now I know what Yogurtland tastes like (along with the hands of about 8 random kids - as awkward as that sounds). :/ read more

I'm so happy this location finally opened! I love Yogurtland, but the closest one used to be down by UCR. Brand spankin' new store, spotlessly clean, shiny, and bright. Equally as shiny and bright is the staff; everyone has been very friendly and accommodating. The flavors are what you'll find at most Yogurtlands. The cool addition to this place is a syrup station: choco shell syrup, marshmallow, bananas foster, caramel, fudge, Nutella, and fresh fruit purees. Nice touch read more

Horrific customer service. We ordered through the Yogurtland app and purchased a family bundle. It said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. We get there and the the lady working there tells my husband that we have to order a day in advance (never had to do that before and the receipt says it'll be ready in 20 minutes...) then she told my husband that they didn't do family bundles there. Even through we've ordered them before... then she calls corporate or her boss or whoever and makes a big scene trying to prove some sort of point?? Making my daughter extremely uncomfortable. They "find" the order but still continue to harass my husband. Then they say they'll do it for us (like it's a favor or something to do your job...) He goes out to the car with my daughter because they made her very nervous. Hey witness the lady run out to her car and leave! So bizarre! Then after 10 minutes he goes back in and they say they're "working on it." 5 minutes later they say they're not working on it, it's too busy and we have to be patient. Wtf?? They finally give him the order 5 minutes after that but Ash wouldn't give my husband the name of the lady who harassed my husband. So extremely bizarre and so rude.
