I usually love coming to this location, everyone is always so sweet and helpful. Today I had an encounter with a worker that just left a bad taste enough to leave a review. Maylani is extremely rude, not once did she make it feel welcoming and it felt like she was doing me the favor of checking out. She asked me for my phone number 3 separate times because each time she would turn around or talk to her coworker. I came in last night with my family, and it was extremely hot inside. The poor workers looked exhausted, and you could tell the heat was taking a toll on them. Despite this, they kept their spirits high, continued greeting everyone as they walked in, and made sure everything was up to par. I really appreciate the employees for continuing to provide great service under those conditions, but whoever is in charge needs to do a better job of taking care of their employees and ensuring they have a comfortable work environment. read more
