Great service and amazing dessert and snacks! I've been to several other locations but this one seems to have the most options on their menu and they have everything in stock. We got several paletas for the family and the service was so quick and very helpful. The place is kept very clean as well. I have been taking the kids here to cool off with the 104 degree weather. Today the lights were off but they were open. They are very friendly here and the ice cream is always fresh. I only go to this location. I have gone to 2 others and the ice cream was covered in ice. They always have fresh ice cream and the service is great. It's always clean as well. Came to La Michoacana for Elote because the original place we wanted to go to was closed. This location is huge! Seems pretty clean and sanitary during this time. They had tv screens with the menu and their products. We were looking for what we wanted but the menu keep changing and blinking literally every 30 seconds. We spend like almost five minutes trying to figure out what specific kind of Elote we we wanted since the screen kept flashing and changing. It was pretty annoying. The menu was in Spanish too which is completely fine but for non-Spanish reading/speaking people, it was hard to stare at a blinking screen and figure out what was what. We ended up just telling her Elote with everything. She made ours without wearing gloves which kind of concerned me but I tried to put that thought aside. For two small elotes in a cup, it was around $7. Super affordable and looked tasty. Upon trying it, it did satisfy some of the craving I had but not for long. There was too much liquid in our bowl and no lime juice. It didn't taste like how other elotes I've had. My friend and I got tired of the taste really quickly and tried to finish most of it since we already paid for it. Overall, it was just alright. I highly suggest them fixing their menu screens so it wouldn't change so often so customers can easily order and see what they have to offer. The fresas con crema is so good, they have a great variety of ice creme, it is the spot to go to grab a treat. The area is kept nice and clean, plenty of seating. The reason for two stars is because ive went by, twice, around 8:30pm, and they turned us away because the girl cleaning said they are "closed" but yet the closed time posted on yelp is 9:45pm and online maps is 10pm. We stopped by here last night, at around 8pm or so...I was craving a TostiLoco and I know they sell them. I googled them first, to make sure they were open. Google said they are open until 10pm... We arrive and we notice its completely empty....By empty, I mean, NOBODY there...it looked like they were closed...so I googled them again, got the phone number and called....Someone answered and said they were in there, in the back and they didn't know what time they were supposed to close...so we walked in. I mentioned to the girl behind the counter, that their open sign was turned off, and there was no way to let someone from the outside, know that they were open, she just shrugged me off and said, "Okay". I had to use the restroom while I was there and asked for the key....The bathroom was dirty, paper towels on the floor and the toilet needed to be cleaned....Now I usually bring things like this to the attention of employees, but after getting shrugged off about the Open sign...I decided not to say anything... I ordered my TostiLocos, which were SUPER GOOD, except they didn't have any chinese peanuts....They said they ran out...So they gave me extra mango and cueritos, and my wife ordered some ice cream... It's strange how each location has a different taste to the same menu items. I usually love la Michoacana's mangonada but this one was all off. The sorbet was sour, the mangos didn't taste that great and were cut so small that they would freeze before I got to them. Usually comes with chachas but was charged extra and they were really hard (which means they've been out for awhile) and it didn't even come with a Tamarindo straw ... so disappointing because I've been eat out very little due to this coronavirus and I had a mad craving that unfortunately was not satisfied - don't recommend this location read more

This place is AMAZING!!!!! When I walked in, I was in complete awe! Jaw dropped and everything! I'm from Seattle and they do not have anything like this. I love the immense amount of choices. I was so overwhelmed with choices that I wanted one of everything but ended up settling with coconut ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and rich in flavor.
