Ryan was extremely disrespectful for such a young "manager", I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this place to anyone else. I also overheard him being quite mean to the other employees who I will note were nothing but pleasant. Fine yogurt tho there are just other options that I would recommend. EDIT: Anna and Ella's reviews are FAKE attempts to counteract my REAL negative experience. Ryan is a terrible manager and those reviews appeared only after mine and both mention ryan. I believe people close to ryan made these reviews. If you don't believe me read them, they're obviously fake and Ella's is quite poorly written. Located in a busy strip mall, this Yogurtland is always packed with customers enjoying tasty frozen treats. No fuss, no samples, no problem. The flavors rotate every season with the most recent, Irish Mint, winding down February and bringing us into March. They also have a selection of prepackaged $5 frozen yogurt options of past flavors, which is a great option to explore because they pack much more into the containers and is a much better value than serving up your own, if you don't mind going sans toppings. A half dozen seat inside, a half dozen outside to accommodate all of the families and couple looking for a quick treat during a hot day or Summer evening. Came in on July 22 in the evening, my friend and I asked for sample cups and "Grace" one of the employees said you don't do those anymore with an attitude. As we decided on what to get, we sat down on a very dirty table and then I see the guy employee, come out to the floor with a sample cup and served himself a flavor in front of us while tasting it and commented on how bad it was, all while we where still eating our yogurt. The whole time him and Grace were laughing in the back and just being unprofessional, obnoxious and not to mention extremely rude after what they had just done in front of us. Always good to eat frozen yogurt from Yogurtland. My go-to flavor is always the Original- Plain Tart. Nothing beats the taste of the original frozen yogurt with tangy flavor with a bit of sweetness. It is creamy and deliciously cold. Yogurtland has wide variety of toppings that both kids and adults like. Service was nice and fast. Very disappointed with my experience at this Yogurtland. The trash cans were overflowing, and there was spilled yogurt, toppings, and trash all over the floor, making the store feel dirty and unclean. The staff was rude, ignored customers asking for assistance, and even made fun of patrons instead of helping them or cleaning up the mess. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness made this a very unpleasant visit, and I hope management addresses these issues. read more

After having a horrible experience with rude and disrespectful employees at menchies, I went to this yogurtland location to feed my cravings and the staff there is wonderful. They immediately greeted me as soon as I entered. The general manager, Ryan, also offered me guidance as soon as he saw me pondering over which flavor to choose. I told him I was craving something not too sweet but also with a good bit of sugar and he suggested getting the tart flavor and adding a delicious mixture of toppings. I took his advice and it was exactly what I needed to cure my craving. I will 100% be returning to this location again. read more

Don't go here! This was my first time at this Yogurtland location, and I was really disappointed. Every other Yogurtland I've been to offers sample cups so you can try flavors before committing. Here, they said they don't have them -- which really takes away from the experience, especially when you're paying by weight and trying to enjoy mixing flavors. The yogurt itself was fine, but not being able to taste test first made the visit frustrating. I'll be sticking to other locations that keep the full Yogurtland experience intact. read more

I love the variety of flavors they offer, non dairy flavors are much appreciated! They have a ton of toppings as well, always clean and tidy. The workers are happy and accommodating. They have pints ready to go too. You can use your number for rewards and they do add up. The prices have increased a lot over the years, but still good quality for a dessert. This is exactly what you would expect from a Yogurtland. It follows the same concept as other franchises. I love that they have multiple flavors. I think there were maybe 8-10. They also have plenty options for toppings and they were filled up when we went. This is in a busy shopping center. So parking can be a little tricky. The bathroom was nice and clean when we went. Yogurtland in Valencia: A Complete Disappointment I took my family to Yogurtland in Valencia, expecting a pleasant experience with a variety of delicious yogurt flavors. Instead, we were met with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First of all, they refused to provide any sample cups so we could try the flavors before purchasing. Are you kidding me? They tried to excuse this by blaming COVID--seriously? It's been FOUR years, and every other place has moved on. But not this Yogurtland, apparently. The employees were incredibly rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care about providing any sort of decent service. The place was filthy, too! The floors were sticky, and the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. How can they justify using COVID as an excuse for not offering samples when they can't even keep the place clean? This was a complete waste of time and money. I can't believe a place like this is still in business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Yogurtland like the plague. I love me some ice cream / fro yo at night. I honestly don't know why there aren't more open late here in Santa Clarita, but Yogurtland is. That's my PRO. Open late and a good selection of flavors. Now some CON. Yes they were open until 11:00 however about half the machines / flavors were low or out... even classic vanilla and tart! Big bummer. Also I'm not a fan of the servers scooping the toppings. I don't know something more satisfying about being able to build my own sundae like at another place. Horrible customer service. I spent over $55 for 6 people, but because I didn't want to hold up the line with kids, I paid for them first and then went back to get our own and pay separately for myself, and my husband. When I went back to ask for a second big spoon since another kid wanted one, the cashier refused and said it had to be part of the same transaction. That is completely unreasonable given the amount of money we spent. The kids ended up upset, crying, and fighting over a spoon--absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the selection was poor and several machines were out of order. This place has really gone downhill, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I think it's pretty reasonable considering the amount of ice cream I filled my cup with and it's on par with pretty much any ice cream joint you visit. All the yogurts were soft, creamy, cold, and dispensed well. The toppings were plentiful but the area was kinda dirty so I hope that gets cleaned more especially when it's slow as it was when I went. I came at 11pm at night on 10/08/24 on my electric scooter I asked if it was ok if I brought my scooter inside, you know so it doesn't get stolen/im not constantly looking over my shoulder while trying to get my frozen yogurt or eating it. Ahh yes! Yogurtland, the place to go when the heat is agonizing. It is very clean inside and super cool inside, not in the sense of being "hip" or "trendy", but just "soothing". The cups are medium and large and the weight of the cups indicate the price. The heavier, the more expensive. Generally, you're looking at a range of 4-10$ depending on the weight regardless of being medium or large. A little pricey, but the yogurt is very fresh as are all chains. There are deals on holidays, but only buy one get one free deals. Not bad! They offer different condiments of toppings like: Oreos, Mochi, fruits, candy, nuts and cereals. Not a fan as the calories rack up along with the sugar! The flavors usually are standard like: strawberry, tart, vanilla, cheesecake etc. but I typically go with the tart because it is the most original and very popular with the toppings if you decide to get any. The flavors of the yogurt change seasonally. Expect pumpkin pie on thanksgiving or birthday cake during Christmas etc. There are plenty of tables and seats inside along with WiFi, bathrooms and great customer service. read more

There was either nothing or just liquid coming out of the machines... so I asked how long it usually takes to defrost and he said they should be running in about an HOUR. All the chubby people complaining about the toppings being behind the glass all you have to do is ask for 12 scoops and they will gladly put them on ur yogurt I think all those complaints are more about being shy and not asking for what you want I find the kids very willing to help and everyone is allowed to have a bad day at work so be kind and give them a break. read more

The worker said "we don't do samples " grabbed the container (by this time my husband was walking away - but I was still watching the young lady roll her eyes and walk away. Good news, clean. But that's pretty easy when you have the toppings behind a window unable to have customers put their own toppings on. Now I'm a pretty understanding person. If this was 2020 Covid lockdown I would totally get it. Every other location lets you put on your own toppings except here? Kinda defeats the whole purpose of toppings at yogurt land. Employees are not wearing masks, which is totally fine! So the toppings being put behind window isn't about Covid phobia.
