Decided to try someplace new last night. Website says new weekend hours they are open until 10pm. Drove across town to this establishment. Sat in the parking lot while we finished some takeout wings. Watched customers walking in and then immediately back out. We went in around 940pm. I asked if they were still open. A teenage boy and girl replied "sort of". I asked what that meant. They said I could get yogurt but all the toppings were put away. I told them that meant they were closed. We left. A wasted trip. Just keeping the lights on until 10pm is pointless. read more

I didn't love this place. I felt yogurtland or pinkberry are better. So it's a standard 5 dollars for the tiny one or 8 dollars for the larger one. They don't weigh it right now so you can stack it up. None of their flavors were honestly that good. And the toppings tasted a bit old. Especially the cookie dough. Didn't answer their phone. The employee was sitting on her butt not doing anything and was scared to speak up. They were out of basically everything and their toppings were stale ! Told the employee and she acted like she didn't care. Wouldn't recommend at all!! read more

The young ladies working offered no customer service. Just spoke to themselves. We asked question and were told no that's not the right marketing. They were not helpful or friendly at all. You should speak to your customers and not just openly chat to each other. The young black woman was the most rude and Turned off T.V. We were listening to music on because she didn't like the song. Very unprofessional. More customer service training needed. Yogurt was very pricey for this level of customer service or the lack there of. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Was excited to visit this site after seeing it online. Had my 2 grandkids for spring Break and wanted to give them a special treat . Store was clean! I asked worker if he served any sugar free yogurt and he first said yes then said no when I couldn't locate it. My grands both got yogurt that was not firmly frozen and was melting badly even while in the store. It was melting so quickly we asked for a bigger cup but told we couldn't have one. Disapproved!! Plus the cover to put on the $5 cup did not fit the cup... making for a messy drive home! read more

Good customer service but be careful because if you world miss the shop if you don't look carefully. I want to say that both servers have their best and explained the style concept very well. This is a new spot that just opened in Forest Park. I'm excited to see new places open up on this side of town, so I was eager to support. I took the kids yesterday and they had a field day with all of the options and flavors, and it was all so good!! They just opened, so of course it was very neat and very clean. Customer service was top notch as well. The only downside is going to be the price. They were having a Grand Opening promotion so everything was half off and my total for 4 cups was $15. Without the promo, that means it would've been $30, which means I won't come often. But I'm still happy to see new different, businesses open in Forest Park and I will do my part to support every so often. read more

This place was very good to my surprise. I live in the area and never knew it was even here. They have so many flavors to choose from with so many toppings as well. On top of that, the business is black owned!! Very clean and neat inside. Workers were super friendly too! Not too pricey. Definitely a great spot for a quick sweet treat. read more

Everything wonderful here. Staff is amazing. Store is very clean & crisp and they even have family nights on fridays with all types of games and karaoke on Saturdays. Definitely a fun place to go and just hang out. They even have coloring sheets and chalk boards to keep the kids busy. read more

This is one of my favorite Yogurt places and is very addicting. My kids and I love it. Since opening last year, the staff has been amazing. They greet you with a smile and are ready to assist you or make sure you are aware of the process and any new flavors. "The treat is truly yours" is not just their slogan but its true. They have tons of toppings, flavor mixtures to choose from. What I like is that you are able to taste a new flavor before committing to it (amazing). It is always clean and welcoming. This is my second visit within two weeks. The first time my son and I arrived right when they opened at 4:30pm. We did not get anything because there was only one flavor that was frozen & it was not one we were interested in. Forward to today and we stop by about an hour before close. First issue, the young lady neglected to tell us that there is a flat fee of $5 for a small cup and $8 for a large. What I had in my large cup could easily have fit in the small because they did not have all the toppings I wanted. However I paid without complaint. My son and I sat outside in our car to eat and halfway through I noticed an odd bitter citrus kind of taste. I go back in to try and figure out where the odd taste was coming from. Apparently the strawberry sauce that I had mistaken for fudge because it was literally that dark, was indeed burnt cooked down strawberry sauce. I mention it to the young lady working and she tells me people had been complaining about it. Sooo, people complained about burnt sauce but no one thought to change it or trash it? So I decided to ask for a refund ESPECIALLY knowing that they were aware there was an issue. When getting my refund the manager asks for the cup and says you ate it all, to which I reply No, I didn't know it was a flat rate and I didn't have a lot in my cup, plus I only put that acrid sauce on half my yogurt. That's what really got me. I don't care if I licked the bowl clean, you KNOWINGLY had inferior product set out. That's on you, why would I pay for something burnt? It literally left an aftertaste in my mouth that stayed until I got back home and brushed my teeth and tongue. Needless to say we will stick with going into the city for Menchie's frozen yogurt. This spot is tucked away off the highway in downtown Forest Park and you will miss it if you don't pay close attention. A sign closer to the street would probably help advertise the location better as well as attract kore customers. I had a hankering for good fro-yo and read about this place. I figured, let's give it a shot. Well, I was very pleased with it! The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and took the time to explain how the process works. Their flavors were very appealing, and I highly recommend the peach cobbler. Everything was very clean and well organized. If I wasn't from out of town, I would definitely come back for the karaoke and bingo they have going on.
