I came in for a last minute massage, not usually my style, but spur of the moment kind of thing. I did the full body massage for 60 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice quiet coming. My massage therapist was Lio. He did a wonderful job and my massage was relaxing and hit all the spots that I needed it too. I have a lot of knots in my shoulders and neck and he made sure to concentrate on those areas. they also used hot rocks which felt very good after the massage. We did the couples massage for 90 minutes they never asked if we wanted a male or a female.welp we ended up with 2 guys. immediately he asked me if I wanted it Soft Medium or hard. Had a great massage BUT made my appointment this morning for a 6 pm massage. I specifically requested Cindy, when I got there a lady took me back to the room to prepare for the massage. When the massage started I didn't realize it till I heard the persons voice (I have never been to Cindy but my boyfriend has so thats why I requested her), turns out the therapist was male. I had recent total knee replacement surgery and needed therapy to stretch the ligaments in the knee area. The Manager, Michele was very friendly and helpful. She assigned Chanel to be my therapist. The body massage, with hot stones, was very good. She is well trained and knows what she is doing. The stretching of the ligaments after surgery is a needed and a somewhat painful process. Surgery is easy, therapy afterwords is rough! I have had about a dozen ligament stretching sessions with Chanel and they have helped greatly with my mobility. I came to this establishment because the owner Michelle advertised that the business accommodates the request to have a foot massage without gloves. I made an "appointment" and Michelle was my provider. I arrived at my scheduled time and Michelle was 30mIn late. She started my massage and switched to a man without even asking me. This bothered me and I complained to the office manager "Joe". He assured me that my concern would be addressed and will not happen again if I should return. Second visit i scheduled a female provider with no gloves and she proceeded to massage with gloves. I again expressed my concern and was switched to another provider. Several new customers walked in with loud communication with staff as welL as other customers sharing the same voice volume during their conversations which interfered with the enjoyment of getting a massage. Joe appears to attempt to be accommodating but the other staff doesn't appear to share the same customer satisfaction values. I will definitely not repeat. I went here due to its rating. I was not satisfied. There was loud talking during massage & my masseuse didn't speak English. It was hard to communicate with him. He missed my problem areas. They adjusted so that I, as a walk-in, could be accommodated for a 60 min deep tissue ($50). Phillip did an amazing job.
