The first exciting thing about this place tonight that they re-opened for dining in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I felt lifted up the moment i talked to them. They helped me with serving my cup. I chose cookies monster flavor, it was basically vanilla beans with blue colors . It was good. I also chose pecan fudge flavor. Very tasty and delicious. I couldn't get enough. It felt like drinking coffee latte with spoon . I highly recommend that flavor. I topped my cup with cheesecake bits, they were best than cherry on the top. Soft , creamy and melted in my mouth. I took one star off because the prices were high. They don't have offers anymore.

This is my first time here, and I loved the place already ! Pros : - Many delicious flavors (I tried the cookie Monster and Roasted Fudge) and tons of wonderful toppings (I tried KitKat and chocolate rocks) - Place is in a good location, clean, spacious and colorful - Employees are nice and friendly (They fill the frozen yogurt for you) - They are open for dine-in, Yay ! Cons : - The price is by weight, and it's a little bit overpriced. Overall : I will definitely come here again, specially in the hot warm sunny days !

Honestly has to be the best froyo place in the area despite the price being hefty but may have just been me lol! First timer here and it was delicious. The options of froyo were limitless and kinds I had not seen before. On top of limitless (maybe if not for sure the most toppings I've seen) it was a slam dunk.

To start with, I will give the disclaimer that Frozen yogurt is one of my favorite things and it would take a lot for frozen yogurt place to disappoint me. Y'OPA is one of the best around. There are several options for frozen yogurt and they even sometimes have Gelato, which I am becoming more and more of a fan. They had Cookies and Cream Gelato and it was so creamy and delicious. I was impressed. Anyways, if you have never been, they weigh your cup at the end so that is how it is priced. Currently, (as of 10/12/19) there was a yelp reward for going and checking in. That was a nice treat! Once you pick your frozen yogurt and head near the toppings. This place does not disappoint with toppings. There are so many options. It can be overwhelming for an average person but someone like me, who loves places like this, it was paradise. It ranged from 3 different types of cookie dough, almost all the different types of cereal. Those bubble tea balls (I never know the name of them, oops), fruit, and more. You will have to go in and check it out. You won't be disappointed. Cost: Without with yelp reward it is averagely price. I don't think it is expensive and is highly ranked for a reason. Atmosphere: Clean, organized, the toppings were not in a mess. The booths for people to sit in are a little outdated and run down but the new high top tables and patio seating are nice. The staff is friendly and everyone seems to be having a good time. Overall: I would rate this place 5 stars and will be going back! Over and Over!

VERY impressed - the BEST froyo place I have ever visited! Coming from me, this says a lot! Because prior to co-owning and operating Crave Frozen Yogurt from 2010-2012, I did extensive research by visiting every frozen yogurt store within a 150 mile radius. We decided not to buy a franchise, so wanted to take all the good elements of other stores and put them in ours. Y'OPA has successfully achieved all the elements I identified and wanted and then some! Working in and owning a retail environment completely changes a person's point of view. One notices all the display details that normal consumers do not. I have 10 years of retail amd restaurant management in my past, so this is true in spades in my case. As I looked around Y'OPA, my retail analytic brain went into hyperdrive because this place made many of the same choices as as my partner and I did years ago in circular themed architecture design and decor, customer flow design, and fun pastel colored walls. This place had so many similar elements - We had curved wall with bubble tile where the yogurt machines are. 14 great choices for yogurt provide by 7 top of the line Taylor automated machines with relatively fun flavor names, fancy dry toppings dispensers around a custom built island, additional dry toppings in the bar next to plentiful refrigerated toppings. And then some... this is the only place I have been that has optional cup dividers that can be inserted into the cup. This enabled me to have 3 sections in my cup. Normally, I have to choose between fruity tart flavors and non-tart. Here, I had the best of all worlds. I did one section with tart flavors, another with ice cream type - chocolate/peanut butter, and last one w sorbet/italian ice. After my wife and I finished enjoying our creations, i noticed a freezer near the exit with Yoghund... I read the containers and asked the cashier in semi-disbelief, "Is this actually Frozen yogurt for dogs?! She responded, "Yes - It is. My dog loves it! Especially the Apple juice and cheddar flavor." ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! They have a 5 foot tall stand up freezer dedicated to yogurt for dogs!! Since my own dog loves yogurt frozen in Kong Toys, I know she would love this. Too bad there is not a Y'OPA in San Diego - I would be a regular.

This was the best frozen yogurt I've ever had. There were more toppings, mix-ins, and candies than you could ever imagine. The pricing was reasonable, the place was clean, and like I said... it was delicious. I combined all of the chocolate flavors (including chocolate pretzel ) and it blended together fantastically. They even had chopped almonds and graham cracker dust which was the icing on the cake. I can't wait to visit again soon.

If you havent already tried this place, you need to. The customer service is great, and the shop is always clean & comfortable! The froyo is delicious, and topping options are endless. They have allergy friendly & vegan options as well--which is much appreciated! I love their nondairy options that they always have with fresh fruit! So good!

    Yum :)

Luckily, they had a couple juices on hand for tasting purposes. Even after I tried a few I still had a hard time because I liked everything I tried! So there I was stuck in juice turmoil. I told the customer behind me to go ahead and they seemed like they knew their juices. They ordered a quick shot of a concentrated juice and then they were on their way. It sounded perfect. And it was. Being super tasty and super cool makes this a great hidden gem on the Mall.

I've learned what my personal preferences are, and that's a big thing with making my juice purchase worthwhile. I seem to enjoy veggie based juices with a good hit of sweetness- like adding pineapple, lime, or apple. I don't enjoy juices with ginger, just my taste. My favorite juice on their current menu is "Raise the Barre", which is a green juice with some sweetness from fruit and a hint of spice from jalapenos (it's not hot). I've tried some of their natural snacks as well, like the fruit rolls and dehydrated tomato pizza bites. Again, all great. I would highly recommend anyone check out Juicy Leaf! They seem pretty active on social media- facebook and instagram, so check that out for menus and even some deals/ discounts I've seen. Gives you an idea of price, too. While I recommend this to everyone, I always warn/ inform people about price. I'm inclined to think that many people don't know the appropriate price point for these types of juices (Gee, a bottle of simply orange juice is $2 at meijer!). From what I've seen at other cold-pressed juice places, the prices here are pretty average. Remember that you're getting a whole load of fruits and veggies! 8oz are usually $5, 16oz are $9 for most juices. They do offer cleanses, too (not my thing though). Do note that their bottles note a warning regarding that they are not heat-processed, etc. May not be a good choice for someone sensitive to allergens in food- definitely ask the employees if you're concerned. I personally have never had an issue but just a note to keep in mind for any product of this nature, not just here! So all in all, I'm not mad at price. I do consider these juices a splurge for me personally, but I'm cheap and also consider buying coffee at a shop a splurge! Oh, they do offer coffee and warm drinks too. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Definitely check it out!

ORIGINAL: I love Tropical Smoothie...this location though can't seem to get it right. I don't normally submit negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing smoothies, I wanted to review. The smoothies here are just ok. They tend to taste a little lack luster...like maybe they are over iced, or not made with the same amounts of ingredients as other TSCs. You also have to sort of chew the smoothie because of ice chunks. I know the owners must be trying to fix this issue, because they have a sign by their blenders that is trying to help employees with what a wellblended smoothie should look like...I don't think it is working though. TSC on West Main produces well flavored consistent smoothies, if you have the choice, I would go there.
