She got very defensive, and I could tell, by the way, she was texting me that she was upset when I asked if that was her final price. That the dog would cost.. The dogs…read moreare kept in a renovated barn, where they are separated by age, eating habits, aggression, friendliness, etc. All of the animals have friends to play with, plenty of beds, fresh food and water, outdoor and indoor areas. Gina spends 24/7 cleaning and aiding these animals. I could not ask for any better treatment of the animals. When we walked ( with donations) Gina greeted us, and invited us in for a tour and some play time with the dogs. Everything is as tidy and neat as possible. I have worked with many rescues, but this is different because every single animal is treated well, socialized, and had a feeling of home during their stay. I would 100% recommend this rescue to anybody, whether they are adopting, donating, or volunteering.

They were able to give us many options from a local kill shelter (without us feeling pressured- really!) and then followed through with all the information we could ask for about the dogs we were interested in. Jillian was constantly available and willing to work with us when it came to transportation for our new pup. We received constant updates with pictures from both Jillian and Chad, which made us feel included through the entire adoption process; from them pulling him out from the kill shelter and then rehabilitating him until we were able to adopt. We got constant training updates so we felt ready and prepared for him when we brought him home. He is already settling in nicely, alive and happy! Thank you so much!!

Also a lower rate was quoted when I made the appointment. she went on to say that I argued the last visit and that was why I was charged less!! I told her it wasn't me who picked up our dog. She consistently repeated that I argued! And she said; try going elsewhere to find a cheaper cost!! Are you aware that is poor treatment for customers!! You lost a customer over $10!! All you had to say was I'm sorry that happened? And I would have paid and left feeling peaceful. I Did not argue! a lack of customer service is bad for business.
