This was the only vendor we worked with that wouldn't refund the money. We even gave them time to refund us and a year later still wouldn't budge. I would have tried legal action but the deposit amount wasn't worth it (and I'm sure the company knew this too). They took one of the most difficult situations of our lives and made it worse.
