Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.

Sorry Walmart, I'm not giving you my name just to drop off Oil. I've been purchasing Oil and dropping Oil off at that location for well over 20 years and now I'm done. You've lost me as a customer. I will go out of my way to buy anything I need anywhere else, but Walmart. Additionally, when I looked at the log to see what had been previously entered everything on, it was barely legible. I don't know how much good this is going to do you, Walmart. It seems kind of pointless to me. It's not a New York State law. I stopped here with a few people when we had some time to kill after lunch and it was right in the parking lot where we were so thought why not. Well we were all glad we did! We all walked away with really great bargains. It seemed that every aisle we went down had more clearance items. My sister found a jacket on clearance that had a stuck zipper. She asked if they'd take any more money off of it and they did! You never know unless you ask. And she says she can get it fixed fairly easy. Overall a nice clean organized store with friendly helpful staff.

For moms looking for a place to take their young children in and out and hanging out, this is the place to go to! The parking lot isn't dangerous like the Costco parking lot or the East Ave Wegmans (VERY dangerous). The shoppers aren't aggressive and are friendly. The crowd is safe and overall happy. Right across from this plaza there's even a Taichi Bubble tea, prometric, URMC Urgent Care, and a bunch of other upscale restaurants.

I did see lots of empty storefronts as well, which seems to be a sign of the time for malls these days.
