A warehouse on i45, tires and tires, mechanics working around, it is 9:34am, and the place is busy with trucks loaded with pneumatics when some cars are missing few wheels. My car is taken at the moment i arrived even if i don't have any appointment, a professional look at my tires which seems to tell a lot, and a quotation is thrown for the job. Ouah... "only?" i think for myself. Well i don't know any thing about price and tires, but it includes the job too which still takes one man for half an hour. Safety first but when it comes with great service at an affordable price, it makes you like the place. read more

I left UH campus to go home and saw that I had a low tire. The drive home would've been 1 hour so I decided to find a tire shop near school in case something happened on the way home. When I got there I let the service guy know my problem and he said that he will try his best to take care of it. In less than 10 minutes my tire was screwed back on my car and they gave me a thumbs up and said it's all done and told me to have a great weekend. This being my first time at a tire shop, I was very impressed with their service! Nowadays people will always try to get your money for any service and I just feel like this place will not do that. Scheduled an appointment to have the front end of my truck checked out. The gay guy Rick took my call Thursday AM and said to be there early Friday morning of Aug.20th between 8:30-9:00a the next morning. I'm in Katy, Tx, but I reluctantly agreed to the time. Drove thru Houston traffic, almost an hour and half drive time, get there at 8:35am. Rick says he cant get my truck in because the mech called in with some type of virtual thing with a family member that's dying. Did the mech know of this days or weeks prior??? Short of it all, after Rick flails his hands in the air stating I should have called prior to the appt. Really?? I gotta call you to make sure my appt wasn't cancelled because of some virtual BS??? This is the last time I ever drop money there, will never go back as they wasted my entire morning. I went to 4WheelDrive parts instead, got an appt right away. Never deal with a jack ass company like Delta, very shady and not professional at all. If I could choose a ZERO(0) I would have. read more

I saw that I had a flat tire this morning. I checked a nearby shop and Delta Tire service pop up! When I got there, one of the employee immediately approached me and he quickly checked the problem. In less than 15 mins. he replaced my tire. I approached the owner that I only have specific budget and he just said to me with smile on his face, "Merry Christmas and come back whenever you can". I just suppose to ask a discount only but he gave the tire and service for free. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude! This is my 1st time in their tire shop but I was very touched with their kindness! They are honest and upfront and I wish they did more than tires! I have gone to them to patch my tires and get extra valve caps for free. They got me a great deal on my tires that were a size which most other tire places don't carry. They did free installation since I was buying their tires. This is by far one of the best tire shops in Houston, TX. I'm giving them 5 stars because the service is immaculate! Both times I've been I have been greeted immediately by the friendly staff. The location is easy to find and not far from UH campus. They were able to repair my flat tire on the initial visit and fix the slow leak in another on the second visit. My wait time was minimal no longer than 15-20 minutes. I was in and out. Most places charge to repair a tire which I was prepared to do, yet I wasn't charged on either visit. Quality service, friendly staff, and minimal wait times. read more

I had a hole in my tire for months that I was simply refilling with air every couple of weeks. I went to Delta and they not only very quickly fixed my tire and added air, they did it for free! The guys are very courteous, respectful, and good at what they do. Highly recommended! read more

I went to add air to my tire before a road trip and my tire stem broke off. I was down the street from Goodyear so I went there after changing my tire. They told me due to the type of stem, it would be $150 to replace and a four hour wait. I called Delta and the owner answered. He said he wasn't sure if he had the right part but bring the vehicle down and one way or another he would get the car running. I showed up they took the tire they found a replacement valve stem in the back, plugged the holes in the tire and put it back on my vehicle. When I asked how much his response was don't worry about it adding just think about us when it's time for new tires. Think about it? I can tell you that's something I won't ever have to do when it comes to tires. Delta tires will be my only choice moving forward. You don't find companies like this anymore. Goodyear could have cared less about me. Delta didn't know me yet they treated me like we had been friends for years. read more
