3/22/25 I was hoping to get some sweat pants of mine patched up. I saw there were some small holes in the backside area that need patching near the lining in the back of the pants. Two places I would have gone to have gone out of business. I had hoped this place could be my new go to spot. Alas, it was not to be Cheri. The woman I met in the shop just happened to be wearing my favorite color purple. I thought this was a good sign of things to come. I was wrong. The woman or owner (Well will call Jing Stern for clarification purposes) did not seem very happy to seem me. Maybe something was going on in her world I don't know about, maybe it was a language barrier thing or something else all together. Bottom line, Ms. Stern said she could fix the problem and I went behind the curtain to remove my pants for her to fix. My purple pair of thieves extended briefs shown in the light against my black sweat pants now in my hand. Ms. Stern took a look at the pants then said in to words..."No Fix." No emotional expression on her face. I must say this was a highly unsatisfying answer to what she previouslyto me. Back in the curtain area, I was a little annoyed, but mostly by Ms. Stern's not seeming to give a damn one way or the other. This was doubled down when I said "Thanks anyways" and she said nothing. Just simply put her feet up at her desk and stare blankly at me...or a spot in the corner. Upon looking at other reviews on Google Review, there are a lot of negative reviews among the positive ones. My algebra teacher's voice plays back in my mind about how 5 positives can be destroyed...no, annihilated by just one negative. Yet two negatives make one positive. From what I saw in the Goggle Reviews, The negatives wins... or as long as the negatives are an uneven number. I recommend staying away from MS. STERN'S establishment. Ms. Stern doesn't seem to want business. Her values don't seem of customers service seem low. Her body language spoke volumes at the end of my encounter with her. I never go here again !! Only reason I took my suits here was close by my house. They didn't even Dry-clean then just iron my pants. Looks like. Light Stains still there and they just rubbed to remove other spots. I been wearing suits and going to cleaners over 10 years. I really don't want to have experience like this with paying out of my pocket. read more

This place is horrible, both customer service and service. I took my discontinued Ugg blanket there. I received back so wrinkled. Geesh you are a cleaners. Offer another service so the finished product looks like a professional did it. I would pay! The thing is I hardly got any words from the lady that took it from me. He customer service is less than sub par. She barely addresses you when you come into the place, so there no service with a smile. I ventured here because I live I. I'm surprised by the negative views here. I went for the first time, and my experience worked out well. I found their prices to be extremely reasonable, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be! I did bring a dress that was new and just wanted it to be ironed but the woman said it would need to be cleaned to get all the wrinkles out. I was OK with it because the price she was charging me was exactly the same price I would've had to pay for just ironing at the other drycleaner I use.The woman did seem to definitely want cash over a credit card, but I was fine with that, because there was an ATM for my bank nearby. I found her to be plenty friendly!! There was a little bit of a language barrier, but it was fine. I will definitely bring my clothes here again! I'm actually really happy to find this place. Having moved to the area about nine months ago, I was still bringing my dry cleaning to my old dry cleaner next to where I used to live, about 30 minutes away. I'm glad I finally found somewhere I can bring my items to that's close by! FYI, they do not actually clean the clothes at this location. The items are sent out. When I was there, someone pulled up in a van, and brought all the clothes that were now clean. My only concern would be that if I had something complicated and/or with a lot of stains, would I be able to communicate that well and would this information be communicated well to the people who are ultimately going to clean the clothes, since they are not on site. However, for everyday items with normal needs, I think this place is fine. read more

I think this place gets a bad rap. Yeah, I've read the reviews about the surly service, and to be honest, when I first started going here, I had similar experiences. However, since this place is right by my office, I've kept going here and have found out that this woman isn't rude at all. Instead, it's just that she is very efficient and she doesn't have an extremely outgoing personality. Here's why I like this place: 1) My shirts are always ready the next day. 2) My shirts are always cleaned and pressed correctly. No stains, no wrinkles. 3) It's cheap. $1.50/shirt is a pretty good deal. So, yeah, I don't need to have sparkling conversation with my dry cleaner. I simply need her to clean and press my shirts, and she does that just fine. Oh, and this place does have a $10 minimum for credit cards. One time, my bill was $9, and I didn't have cash, so sure enough, she charged my $10. Yeah, I was annoyed, but the next time I came in, when I paid, she told me I had a $1 credit on my account since I had to overpay last time... so I appreciate that. read more

To say that this is one of the worst dry cleaners around is an understatement. I brought two different sweaters to them as well as a suit for dry cleaning on separate occasions. Both sweater were shrunk and the suit smelled like cigarettes when I got them back. Note, I don't smoke and no one does in my household. Three strikes and you're out. To top it off, when I told them about the two shrunken sweaters, they tried to turn it around and blame me for shrinking them. Seriously?!? I have never been to a business that treats their customers worse than this place. It's safe to say I'm never going back there again. read more

Update: I just took out one of the dresses that I had cleaned, and they did not even clean it.There looks to be some discoloration at the seems probably from the black bleeding into the white. The prices are reasonable (especially when compared to the hotels nearby), the service is efficient, and the clothing is ready when they say it will be ready. This place ticks all those boxes for me. I will definitely use them again. read more

For starters, this place has great hours, is relatively easy to swing by during or after work and has decent pricing. The place is a storefront run by a lady who, even after many visits over the last year could not be any more "business as usual" for returning customers. I had accepted the lack of civility as a matter of fact that not all as congenial as you'd like these days - it's a dry cleaning service and they have decent prices and quick turnaround. It was not until my last three visits when I decided that I would discontinue patronage of this location and never return. For the past three visits to this location each batch of dress shirts and pants dropped off for laundering and dry cleaning have been returned with a very strong mildew and musty smell, much like the one that is present inside the place when you enter. It is best described as the smell that clothes develop when they have not been in the dryer long enough and then sit for a while while damp. Things are exacerbated as the clothes are then pressed and wrapped in plastic which contains the moisture. Having thought at first, well perhaps I left them there a day too long, let's not drop off clothes before the weekend. Nope. Next it was picked up the same week and with the same mildew smell on brand new shirts. The smell was easily attributable to the laundering service and only seemed to get more severe. The smell issue persists and, sadly, the lack of any type of effort for the most basic of customer relationship management makes me apprehensive of any recourse, let alone willingness to genuinely listen to feedback that could help the situation, with the lady who runs the place. The smell issue to me is just a non-starter for any dry cleaning place and is indicative of poor handling of goods that customers have paid to be cleaned and pressed. read more

This is the closest dry cleaner to me, but I don't think I'll be going back. My clothes always look okay when I pick them up, but the service is quite lacking. Every time I've gone, the same woman is working and she doesn't say a word during the transaction (either dropping off or picking up). It almost feels like I'm bothering her by picking up my clothes, pretty strange. It's also rather pricey compared to some other places in the area. read more

They do not care about their business and are very unfriendly and not about the customer. I had one sweater shrunk but I didn't say anything because it was close to my work and could have been an accident. Next, I had a new dress shirt cleaned that came back with buttons half cracked off after cleaning. And this time I was thinking it was the store and/or...damn this must be a cheap shirt but it was expensive. So again another shirt, buttons on the cuff totally broken off. So I went back in and said this was a new shirt and asked them to add two buttons and what was the issue here. I was told from the rude women, that they can't be responsible for buttons. Really! I said I will take my business else where then and she said, ok. Never going back. Guess they got my money and cost me money. Great!! read more

Customer service is non existent, took a chance at this place and now I wish I haven't! The lady works here is just an awful person, not sure how they are still open. Walked in was treated like I was bothering her, when I picked up my clothes, after handing her my credit card she kept asking me for 53 cents!??? why do you need 53 cents when i handed you my credit card for payment!!! turns out she charged me the wrong amount, with no cash on hand i had to scrape what i can from my car and go back in to give her the change, and she doesn't even bother to say thanks at all! Ok, so the lady in front isn't very friendly. Occasionally she's been nice and I've appreciated it but it's not going to stop me from being nice. Anyway - I've been taking my clothes to get dry cleaned to this location for 5 months now and never had a problem. I get my dresses, suit jackets, blouses, and my husbands dress shirts all dry cleaned here and never had a problem. They do a good job. A bit pricey but it's close to home. Don't go here, there is an Asian lady who will overcharge you and will start fighting with you if you even question her once, they overcharge due to the busy location, I Wish I could give 0 stars for the service and the attitude towards the customer, rude and unprofessional from the time you drop off clothes to the time you pick up, I have stopped going here read more

This business is absolutely abysmal. I took a cashmere sweater to get 2 very small stains out; when I got it back not only was one of the stains still present, but there was a noticeable hole on the front. I took it back to at least get the money back I paid to have it cleaned and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was incredibly unkind, yelled at me, told me she didn't care whether she had my business anymore, and tried to gauge me the entire time to see how much I wanted from her. She refused to even refund me the $6 I paid to have it cleaned, said she would fix it for free (though I am almost positive that given the material, color, and placement of the hole it will not be wearable) and re-clean it. Did not apologize, was defensive the entire time, and at one point told me to not say another sentence (was not yelling at her, just telling her that I would not have brought a sweater to be cleaned if I had a hole in it and couldn't wear it anyways). I will be reporting them to the better business bureau- I hope this helps someone else decide where not to take their dry cleaning. read more

I found the prices to be extreemly hight expecially considering the quality of work that they do. You would be better off going to a $1.99 dry cleaning shop then wasting your money here. There should be an option of ZERO stars! This place is horrible! They stained my work shirts and argued with me that they weren't new when they clearly were brand new and had tags on them. I also called to assure they were heavy starched and the lady said yes. When I got there she said they were "light starched". Today's my first day of work and my shirts are stained and completely the opposite of how I wanted them! She didn't even care to fix anything. WORST dry cleaners. DONT GO THERE. read more

Went in for the first time since I live down the street to get a small throw rug, a blanket, and a fleece dinosaur costume cleaned. Maybe the costume threw her off? But she immediately started making excuses as to why she could not dry clean any of my items, the rug would need to be "shipped out", the blanket would take weeks, and the costume was just not possible because there was no care tag... Then she said for even the small throw rug and blanket I would need to pay up front... Pfft, yeah right! I walked out right then and there. Talk about robbing me blind. Can't do this, can't do that, but oh, if you pay ahead of time... I can't imagine that it is that hard to dry clean these items. I didn't even get the chance to inform her that I had no time rush before she started complaining. Regardless I won't be going back considering how rude she was to me even when I told her right off the bat I just moved here and had never been there before. She literally treated me like I was an idiot and some kind of weirdo for bringing in such things... My old dry cleaner never had a problem with those items, with an exception of the costume since I've never cleaned it before. read more
