I came here after seeing many positive reviews online for my first deep tissue massage as a birthday treat. For starters, I arrive 5 minutes early and they rush me into a room. I end up waiting about 15 minutes in the room before someone came in to work on me. During that time, the masseuse made very uncomfortable comments on my body and even lifted her shirt up for me to feel how "bad" her body was compared to mine. She left the room multiple times to attend the front desk and was gone about 5 minutes every time she left. When they tell me we're finished I look at the clock and it had only been an hour since I had initially arrived, which again, was 5 minutes early. I believe I only got 30 minutes of massage time when I had paid for a full hour. Im not only disappointed in the service but I'm also disappointed in the quality of my massage. When I had booked a deep tissue, I was under the impression that we would be working out the knots and using deep pressure. That was not the case and I left feeling like my partner could have given me a better massage. She had intentionally avoided my problem areas stating "this hurts so we won't do that today".
