I have been looking for a good, affordable place to get reflexology since a place I used to go to went under new ownership. I found Yotsuba on Yelp, which seemed to have the best reviews, so a friend and I tried it out. It was great! The price for reflexology was fair, and the service was excellent. They had us fill out information forms so they knew how much pressure we wanted, if there were any areas that needed more attention, or if there were any areas that were injured and that they needed to avoid. They also offer a few other massages, and they make notes that with certain injuries or conditions (eg arthritis) they are not best. They certainly make sure that they provide excellent massages that are tailored to each person who walks through their doors. The owners helped my friend and I, and we both were happy with our massages. I forget to breathe sometimes, and my therapist noticed that and reminded me. Both of our therapists found knots we didn't even know we had, which I view as the sign of someone who knows what they're doing. I will definitely be back and bringing other people who need some relaxation. I hope they stick around for a long time. read more

Excellent massage! Appreciate they have you fill out a form with problem areas to identify what you need help with. She spent most of the time on areas needed most. Deep tissue massage felt more like physical therapy and stretching combined with Massage, which is much better then most places I have been too. I won't be back to this place. I walked in to get a massage and they took me right back to a room. As I'm laying on the table, I hear another customer come in and they did not remember to write down that she had booked a massage for three people. They then come back and tell me that I need to leave because they overbooked, and proceeded to just stand there and stare at me. I told both the workers I would go, and they just kept standing there. I had to then ask them to leave my room so I could change, like I'm not just going to hop off the table with you both standing here. They told me that "maybe" they would have time for me after an hour, but it sounds like they don't keep very good track of appointments anyway. I understand things happen but this was all handled so weird. Left a bad taste in my mouth for sure which is a shame. read more

First of all they are very sweet and that is the reason why I gave them second chance today. First time went there with my hubby who had massage with Teo and was very satisfied with it. I had massage with Tina and felt it was too mild and not symmetrical (she would massage one foot, not the other etc.) Today, my hubby encouraged me to go again and ask for Teo. I called and clearly stated 2 times that I want massage with Teo. I spoke with him directly when I scheduled. He confirmed. When I came he was busy with another customer. Again I got massage with Tina. I told her two times "more pressure please". She did for a little bit, but then continued with a very mild pressure. When I was on my back she massaged only right shoulder side, and then went to massage arms (without massaging left side) Again problem with symmetry. I gave up at that point. I told them both at the end it was too mild and that I asked for Teo. They smiled and said when I came first time I noted on the paper that I prefer a female. But I told him when I scheduled today I want massage with him and he confirmed 2 times in the phone conversation. Very disappointing experience. Great foot reflexology spot, probably my favorite in the Sacramento area. Prices are competitive and location is always very clean. The staff are professional and skilled; I've never been unhappy with my experience here. Jessica, in particular, is amazing! The ONLY downside to this place is that there are often interruptions and sounds with customers entering and leaving, the front door/reception area is only separated by a thin sheet. The prices here are fantastic and the massage therapists are so nice. I got two massages within the past month so far since first learning of this place. The first was for stress and the second for upper back pain. Both massages were wonderful and a great deal, and I made sure to give the best tip that I could. With prices like this, I would seriously consider getting regular massages (example, twice/month) for preventive health and stress relief, and to prevent the return of pinched nerve issues in my spine.
