The lady on the phone answered said her name was cynthia, and when I asked her about what I was looking for she became rude, she asked who I was.I gave her my name and tried to give her an explanation because I shop there all the time during the work week.And i've met just about every employee. Typically, I get very positive people. Very friendly and very professional. On this day, I received a rude, an abrasive employee. I normally love this store and we'll only shop at this store for because of the people.And because of the atmosphere and they always go above and beyond.But not on this day when I showed up cynthia stated.Oh, you're the one that called.And then proceeded to grill me. I tried to put my hand up and get the situation to calm down and she went and got what I was looking for put it on the counter.And continued with the rude atmosphere. I know now not to shop on the days that she works because I will never deal with someone like that again when I am a frequent flyer there.

They're all so knowledgeable, friendly, & take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you need. I took the device into Cloud 9 and Michelle immediately saw the problem was the magnetic ring had become dislodged from the tank. A new tank was surprisingly cheap and I am now happily filling my lungs again with sweet clouds of tobacco-flavored nicotine vapor.
