I came here because a friend recommended it. It is a small, but high quality sausage store. The sausages come either fresh (raw) or precooked (chilled). The lady that helped me is very helpful with all the different types of sausages and gave good recommendations for me and my family. The sausages are easy to grill and keeps very well in the fridge. The price is a little high, but the quality is bar none. I take one star off because of the odd days and hours of operation. Highly recommend if you want to have a good sausage cookout. read more

Walked in and was greeted with wood smoke perfume. Proprietress said she had just finished traditional German sausage smoked in birch wood. It was heaven. She guided me through an assortment of sausage as well as what I was craving--liverwurst. Will be back when I'm in the area for sure. read more

I usually but their product at the Santa Clarita farmers market. Everything I've tried has been delicious and I want to try more of their products. I recently discovered they are on Instagram and they posted a pic of a special roast they were offering for Easter so I decided to try it and I am extremely glad I did! It was a pork roast with spices on the outside and peppers and onions inside. Came with cooking instructions and a recipe to follow using some other ingredients to make a sauce . I just roasted it with some potatoes in the pan. The roast was tender and flavorful . I gave some to my neighbor who lives by herself and can be somewhat picky. She called me after she ate wanting to know where I got it and to let her know if I got it again. The pepper bite sausages they sell are delicious as well . I've used them in breakfast burritos and in my version of jambalaya . They have a nice kick and great flavor . There is another thing I've gotten that are fully cooked little Snack stick style ones But the name escapes me. I definitely want to branch out and try more items read more

For some reason, I'd recently developed a yearning for the liver sausage I enjoyed in Chicago as a child (in the 1950's and 1960's), made by Oscar Meyer or our neighborhood butcher. Delicious, authentic as it gets, and worth every penny. I am so grateful that this place has opened up right in my own city and strongly recommend everything they have. My personal favorites are the Fleischwurst and the Merguez. Really, though, try any of their sausages and you're bound to find something delicious that you really like. Every time we serve her sausages to guests they too are impressed and want to know where to buy. If you're not near a farmers market she sells at, you can buy from her shop in Camarillo where you can actually watch the sausage making process yourself.
