1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that "had to be sent to their mechanic." I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were "waiting on the mechanic." My insurance adjuster didn't even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day--a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. Weeks went by with no updates. On December 15th, they again claimed they were still waiting on their mechanic. Then I heard nothing until December 29th. When I told them I wanted to move my car to another shop due to the ridiculous delays, I was suddenly told I couldn't--because they had already cashed the insurance check without my authorization. At that point, I didn't know better and felt trapped, so I reluctantly agreed to continue. Big mistake. They didn't submit the mechanic's estimate until January 5th, at which point they conveniently decided the engine issue "wasn't related to the accident"--despite the fact that my engine had ZERO leaks before the accident. On January 8th, I demanded my check back and told them I would pick up my car on January 12th. I was told it would take two weeks to return the money. It is now January 28th, and I still do not have my check. To make matters worse, I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Chris, who said he would "look into it." Instead of helping, he falsely told the body shop that I approved the repairs--which I absolutely did NOT. The body shop then texted me claiming I had approved work and needed to bring my car back. That never happened. Let me be very clear: I never signed anything. I never authorized payment. I never approved repairs. This shop cashed a check without consent, stalled for over a month, withheld funds they have no right to, and then tried to cover themselves by falsely claiming I approved work. This is not just incompetence--this is unethical business behavior. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, stay far away from this place. read more

I have been here twice, one for my Jeep and one for my Subaru STI, so for my Jeep they did an excellent job and made sure I was updated all the time, and the staff were very friendly and nice to me. For my Subaru STI, they did wonders with my new bumper and paint match, but they were unable to fix my fog bezels they said I should take my Subie home and make an appointment at a later time, but then the next day my adjuster called me and told me the shop told them that they were not going to fix my fog bezels because it was not broken, which in fact they were, so I had to take my Subie to another Collision shop and they were able to fix it in less than a day and get me new fog lights and bezels, I do not know why Cutrubus did not do this when they had my Subie for 4 days. The office staff I spoke to were nice to me, but for them to lie to me and tell me one thing and then I find out the next day something different really hurt me. I will no longer be coming to Cutrubus I do not like being lied to. But thank you for your time and for fixing my Subie and Jeep the best your shop could have apparently. read more

Best shop in town, Lifetime warranty and they don't work for the insurance company, rather they work for the vehicle owner

Great work, it was finished on time. Very friendly staff. I was very happy with my experience.

I took my car in to get the front bumper fixed on Oct 31. I got the car back Nov 29th. Let me remind you that it was for a front bumper. I confirmed with them before I dropped the car off that they had the bumper. They ordered the wrong bumper 4 times!! Then got the under bumper part mixed up and got the wrong one twice! They had my car for a month for a bumper cause they are incompetent. It's a different name on the door but it's the same idiots from Cutrubas (or how ever you spell it). Young Automotive has a lot of work to do with this shop. The guy I talked to the most was the only true original Young employee. All the others were original Cutrubus employees from what he told me. That could be a lie too. I would start with the front office and clean house if they want to keep business. How does one order the wrong bumper that many times and still have a job unless they were lying to me. That's another story. Every time I would call it would be another excuse for why my car was not ready. It's pure incompetence or lies that's what you will get from this place. Do not go to this place for any work. A month for a front bumper, idiots. read more

Took my car there after a deer ran into the side of it, taking out the mirror and slightly denting a door. Was told it would be done in a week. Almost 3 weeks later it's still not done. After it had been there almost a week they finally ordered the needed parts. Since then keep being told it's in paint. When I complained they said they've been really busy. My response was they should have told me that up front, rather than telling me it would be done in a week. If I'd known it would take this long I would have found another place. read more

Originally I was frustrated with the shop but found out it had more to do with the insurance claims adjuster than them they were very good about working with me working through the claims adjuster and I left very satisfied the one criticism I have is there was less than Stellar communication but overall I will use them again read more

Truly the worst experience with a mechanic we have ever had! Our shifter mysteriously broke while in their care (they fixed a front fender). It was working perfectly prior to the car being in their care and they admit this. Now it is broken and they are changing their story about what happened and are denying all responsibility, insisting on us paying over $1,000 extra to fix it, or several hundred to even try to diagnose it with me. We are paying out of pocket and they continue to pressure us to "just file a claim with your insurance and this will all be taken care of." Look at the reviews and claims on the Better Business Bureau website for the Cutrubus Family - I wish we had. read more
