My most recent visit at Young Honda was for an oil change and to check some filters and a few other general things. I think my Dr. calls them a "Wellness Visit" when I see him but I think that saying works well for making sure my car is in good shape too! I had a young man named Kelten Christensen as my service advisor and thought he did a great job making sure my cars needs were taken care of. I'd gladly have him help me again next time. To top things off after the service part was done they washed my car and did a really good job. Not just a hose it off wash but actually made my car look nice! This place is always the last place I'd choose to get service done on my vehicles. Unfortunately, if it falls under Honda warranty it has to be done here. I've had the displeasure of coming here 3 times over the years and never left satisfied. The most recent experience was beyond frustrating. After getting repairs yesterday, my vehicle developed a nasty chemical smell while running. I took it back. They left it running in the bay and said they couldn't smell anything. They told me it was just the smell from the UPS store next door?????? I don't live at the Honda dealership so how would that make any sense. Knowing it never left the bay, I asked how it smelled when they drove it. They said no smell. I asked how they knew if it never left the bay. They hesitated and said they could test drive it if I wanted them to. Obviously . It did leave this time But I already knew they were gonna deny it again. When it came back they said no smell. The air wasn't even on..... They said the most experienced person drove it and said I was just smelling my air fresher. How do they expect me to believe that the scent I've been buying for years just magically started smelling like chemicals the day they "repaired" my vehicle. My 2 year old can even smell it because we get in my car and she says "Daddies car stinky". The smell gives us headaches and we have to drive windows down. I dread the times where my trusted mechanic tells me I have to take it to Honda so they can fix a warranty issue. Avoid it here if you can. read more

ordering a car costs $1k deposit but they wouldn't refund the deposit when one couldn't get the car that one ordered in a timely manner (for comparison even Porsche refunded the $1k deposit!). couldn't even transfer the $1k to their own Honda service center. a lot of useless add ons including some tire pop insurance and lojack thing amounting to about $1k that one can't get off the lot without it. salesperson was ok but the middle management give off bad vibes. tariffs will probably tank them. read more

I single handedly raised the price of used cars at Young Honda! The "sales" team (more like the illusion and deception team) of Karissa and Alex cajoled $17,000 out of my hands plus my trade-in. Karissa was practicing her deception and manipulation techniques without the total desired effect, and to her credit, she was not totally comfortable with it. Alex on the other hand, needs to reflect and remember that he has a daughter, whom he should not use as a manipulative tool. I'm sure Karissa will come along. At the end of a terrible day, they had not addressed several problems with my purchase, and sent me off. I determined to go back the next day, a two hour drive, and they made me sign a paper saying I would give them a five star review on Google or they wouldn't correct the problems with the car. They still owe me a windshield repair and an owner's manual for my car. I did leave 2 five star reviews. They didn't say anything about Yelp or any other platform, so I will find all I can to warn you! These ppl must be desperate to sink so low. They know how to find the weak spots. When I came back, one of the first things Alex did was to complain about my dog shedding. I just wish my pretty pup had shed more to help remind them of me. Good luck! I would put zero stars if possible. I went with my sister to purchase a car and was lied to and scammed multiple times. First, they said they would take 2 grand off the purchase price, which never happened. They then went over a list of standard coverages that at the time they said were included. Obviously, by this review you know that was a lie. Little did I know it was a $10,000 lie. Then, they offered to take me on a test drive of a car while they got the keys for my sister. Looking back, I know that was a stupid move, but it sounded fun at the time. While I was gone, They brought out all the papers for my sister to sign. You know, the ones I was there to make sure she didn't get screwed with. Please have someone there to read over these papers thoroughly before signing. Utah doesn't have a 3-day return law for some reason. I learned a lot from this experience and I am pretty stupid for trusting people. By now I know. Also, if you ever come here, they will push a bunch of agreements that they want you to sign and they will refuse to show you the full cost breakdown. Don't sign anything. If I could I would leave 0 stars.. This company screwed over my mom. They ran her credit 2 -3 times sold her a car right off the wash rack. They put her 4 different cars that had been sold. The heater went out on it. She tried to bring back the car 3 times and she got the run around. It got so bad she put in some information on what was going on with them and her car.. To get her car fixed she had to sign a paper saying she would not leave a bad review.. They had her car total 65 days getting everything fixed on it. It's past a bad joke with this company. I asked Tyler if he would help me with buying a car I was looking at.. He said he didn't have time to help me he was helping my mom. This company is a joke for so many reasons. The manager on site told my mom her car would be done January 10th.. she went in to get her car and was told to sign this to get her car back. Not a family place to get a car. Young Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Logan, Utah

I would give them zero stars if possible. Took in my vehicle to have it checked out. First they told me I needed a new engine but then just that one piston and corresponding valves needed replaced. That was supposed to save about 1800$ vs a new engine. They gave me a gaurantee of the work and told me all else was in great shape with the engine. A week after the work was done my vehicle becomes almost undrivable. I take it back and they tell me another piston and valves are damaged and that I need a new engine. They will not stick to their word that the engine was in good shape but they will give me $50 bucks off of work to replace the engine. Not my fault they misdiagnosed the issue. They should cover the work. Either the mechanic is dishonest or incompetent. Management won't take care of customers and refuse to stand by the work. I will never go back! read more

Never come here. I will never buy a car here or any young dealership again. It all started 2 weeks ago. My wife and I went to look at a car we saw online for 10,000. It was more expensive than the average car that was the same make, model and year but we wanted to know more. After we got more information about it and saw it, we knew we had to have it. We worked with a person from the dealership. To see our financing options through them. We said what we wanted to pay, and he came back saying that it was Going to be more than what we wanted. He said it was going to be a little over 500 for 6 years. After doing the math we found out the apr would be around 69%. He said it was just because interest rates for cars right now are high. This is extremely predatory as we got an interest rate the next day through our Credit union for under 7%. We think he just did the wrong decimal place but still the fact he did not catch that was ridiculous. He also said on the car ride all of the things we would get with this car, later to find out they were "optional" packages that we could not back out from. He also said that he could not explain the finance information because the finance guy was gone for the day. So, we came back the next day preapproved because of the predatory lending they told us about. We come in and let him know that we were preapproved but wanted the car. He brought us to the finance guy who went through the financials quickly because he thought our guy went through it with us. When we got to the final document, we found the total to be over 14000. We were confused to this because we were expecting it to be closer to 11000 after taxes and fees. This is when we found out that the things we would "get" were actually optional packages and equipment one was a spare key for 700 that we told him the day before we would not want because 700 For a key is ridiculous. We also got out of window tinting which was something we never discussed but was on the sale anyway. They also had an anti-theft device and a tire protection package That We could not get out of. He said the theft was already installed and there was nothing they could do about that. The tire protection package was very vague as to why they could not remove it. The biggest kick to the balls though was the price of the car was now 10,657. When we asked about this our guy said that we talked about that yesterday which was a lie. He kept saying 10,000 but he referred to the paper were looking at the previous day saying that it was on there.it was but he never explained it to us. I was under the impression that it was that price because the taxes were included. He told us it was 600 more because they had to put it through the shop. Complete bs. Regretfully we ended up singing it because we needed a car and my wife like it. We were told it would be out of the shop in a few days. A few days came and went without any progress updates, so we called for one. We did not get an answer right away because out guy was busy, and they had to ask him. We always had to ask for updates and got the same answer. Eventually we were told they were waiting on the parts, but they could not give us an eta. It's 2023, I always get an estimated delivery day when I order parts, but I guess this dealership can't. Eventually the parts got in this Monday, and we got a text letting us know and saying they will try to get it in that day. No calls for updates except that our license plate arrived, and they asked if we wanted to come in to get them. My wife responded can we get our car too since we don't have it yet. the person said they would have to check with our guy, and he would get back to us. No updates. We called the next night. We called the shop instead because our guy never gave us straight answers. The shop said they finished it up today but would have to ask our salesman if its ready. We were told it would be detailed a second time and only got halfway through it, but we could come get it if we wanted to that night. We already spent way more than we wanted to, so we wanted to. We got the car the next day and the car is nice so good job to the shop but dealership wise should be shut down. read more

While I was at Young Honda this past week. I was waiting for my salesperson to get some keys which he couldn't find for some time. As I was waiting I over heard a conversation with whom I assumed was a sales person and a manager. I was in need of a new car. And really liked the civic so I decided to go look at them. I ended up working with Payton who did a good job, but when I asked about interest rates he got super weird and went to get his "floor manager" Ethan. Who fits the typical car salesman type. What I mean by that is lying through his teeth told me MSRP on a car was 6 thousand more than what it said on the sticker from the manufacturer. Does he think I am an idiot ? When I asked about the interest rates he went on to till me that I would be able to get a 2.99 at 84 months which later I found out he was way off. He then went on to tell me that if I wanted to buy a civic that I would have to put a 2,000 dollar deposit down to get the exact color I wanted even though Payton told me they could get one from a different Honda dealer. Most disappointed in how things have gone all around. I purchased my car last year. After they said yes to one car, they came back saying they couldn't finance it(because they were asking way more than the car was worth). We found a second car, and the day I was supposed to come in a sign I got a call from the finance guy saying he needed me to bring in a down payment, the bank wouldn't approve the loan without one. I told them from the beginning that I could not do a down payment. After calling the sales guy(Ben) and letting him Know what happened and why I told them from the beginning that I had no down payment, why were they calling asking for one. They knew my situation from the beginning. I was going to go somewhere else because for a second time they wouldn't make things work. They ended up knocking 1000.00 off the car price so that the bank would approve it. Amongst fixing some scratches and a tear in the driver side seat. A year later, this car leaks/burns oil like I've never seen. They never fixed or even tried to fix the tear in the driver seat, and the car has been in numerous times. I've even talked to ben about trading it in to get a different one with no response and no help. They are unwilling to fix anything. I bought my first car there when it was ensign, they were phenomenal sisters, brother, and parents all have bought cars from there and at this point, all are saying they will never buy a car from them again. I won't either. I'll Never do business there. Walking in and saying, you screwed me on my first car so let me give you my business and you can make more money off me.... but spend 8 months continuing to ignore the need. No surprise, they lowball me. Complete disregard for my time when they know what I'm asking and had plenty of time to do their research. He recommended a place to fix a couple dings in my car and then complately washed the car and ordered a part to put a license of the frront. I would never come to this dealership. We came in for a car, signed paperwork, everything was fine. They swarmed us the entire time, they made sure that we didn't leave without a car. Which was fine, we found a car, we signed and left. Then got called in two weeks later because financing "fell through" and they tried to sign us to a new contract with higher rates, adding more warranties, and things to the contract, also bumping up the per month price. So we signed, and THEN had to come in AGAIN to sign more paperwork, again changing the terms. Once fed up with the business and the way they threatened my sister with the car, we wanted to be done. Pay the mileage, whatever we needed to so we could give the car back. They tried to say we couldn't do that, and then tried to forced us to sign new paperwork. The transmission was bad on the car, and we made an agreement to have it fixed when we first signed, when coming to sign new paperwork they had "no recollection of that agreement." This is NOT a place to do business, they are sketchy, they tell you one thing to get you out the door, then change it. Then they are trying to scam you so that they fill their pockets. When trying to end the business deal and pay the difference so we could just be done, they try to threaten you and pressure you into signing to finalize the loan. They try to pressure you immensely into buying a car. The have no respect for the individual and they see you as a pocket book. They do what they want, they make you sign what they want you to sign. Please, do not come here. Do your research, get a loan and find a car elsewhere. The cars all at the top of the price range, and they don't work with you enough. I had my wife (with our small baby) take my Civic in because I got a notice that the air bag was defective and needed to be replaced at no charge. When it came time to do the swap for the new air bag they told my wife "the oil and transmission fluids look very dark and need to be replaced immediately". They told this to the wrong person. I just had my fluids and tune up done less than a month ago by my own brother who has been a mechanic for over 20 years. Talk about dishonest! I know about my car and exactly where it is on its services. I was going to Honda service center NOT because I needed them to lie to me about my oil and transmission fluid but because I had to have an air bag replaced that was defective and could have killed my wife or myself. I hope that Honda Young in Logan UT can stop trying to take advantage of ignorant customers. Integrity is worth more than money.. Wasted 3 hours of my life getting the runaround trying to buy a 2021 Pilot at this dealership. Very bizarre experience with the Sales Team. I tried to get an idea of final sales price (there were many incentives running along with the 0% Honda financing deal at the time). I actually liked our salesman but it became clear early on that his hands were tied by the Sales Manager. They refused to give us monthly payments on 0% at 60 mos., and refused to discount from sticker. At one point they had my monthly payments on a EX-L Pilot at almost $800. I'm not sure if they didn't believe my score was high enough (it's over 800) or if I looked poor? When I expressed frustration over the ridiculous pricing the Sales Manager told me I should by one of their employees lease trade-ins. A used 2017 Pilot. So in other words he didn't want me to buy the 2021 Black SE (they had 5 identical in stock) and instead wants me to buy a used Pilot? He didn't even know the model, color, or mileage. I don't know what he was thinking. That was the last straw for us. We were done. I went home and called Ken Garff Honda in Riverton. Not only did they have almost every SE color in stock but as soon as I arrived they gave me 0% pricing right out of the gate. Oh and they discounted the sticker which was already lower than Young's because they tack on a ridiculous $1,800 package of crap you don't need. When it was all said and done I got the 0% financing and $5,400 off the sticker will all incentives. Our salesman was awesome! Do not waste your time at any Young Dealership. Went in to look at a new CR-V asked the salesman about what the leasing rates were for a lower end CR-V and he had no idea, asked if there were any deals on one at this time in any model he said I have no idea. So I nicely said let's go inside and find out, we go in and a new sales comes in say hello my names john like a robot asked him if we could just get a general idea of what they are going for and the rates said okay I need your and your friends ID I said I just want to know a general idea of what they are going for you can't tell me without ID claimed they couldn't. I didn't wanna give them ID because then i know he would also say they require a phone number so then I'll get calls and mail for the rest of my life like from other dealers so we left and walked out. I have never been treated so bad at a dealership ever in my life, been talked down to in such a demeaning way, I have worked for a bank for over 10 years and I know you don't need ID to give general info. I then went to the Honda dealer in bountiful and worked with a super nice salesman who gave me all the answers I needed then ended up doing the lease from them. These guys are pretty bad. We paid cash for a CRV and then found out they ran both our SSN and applied for loans under our names. I figure this was to get kickbacks from one of their lending institutions. Yeah, they are probably screwing them over too. They also charged us for a window tint for a car that didn't need one because the windows are tinted from the factory. Won't give us a refund but in fairness did give us some parts credit. I have been looking at Honda Civic Hatchback for the last 2 years. I finally found the perfect one at the Young Honda Dealership. Since I live in SLC and the dealership is in Logan (which is an 1 1/2 hours away) I called and text with the salesman over several days. The Salesman was very nice and helpful. He verbally told me the price over the phone several times which was the same price as listed online. Today he texted me and told me that their website and his computer had listed the price wrong by $8,000. I could now buy the car for additional $8,000. The salesman was very empathic and felt bad telling me which was I was very upset about. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times but they won't call me back . I am completely turned off by this dealership and will not be doing business with them EVER... Buyer Beware!!! Even as I write this review the price on their website is still listed at $23,890 when the car should be list at $32,000. read more
