Fast forward, missing parts clamps, washers , rings, returning plumbers , on line orders, wrong size replacement products. 20 hours later of labor and my time surfing the net to find the right part. I finally solved the problem. Told them and they said oh wow sorry. I asked for a discount for all the inconvenience and the money spent and time lost. They said. Oh I'm sorry. It's final sale I said but u just spent a month trying to find me the right parts and u got that wrong too. Yah but I saw on the box it said final sale. . Woo hoo. This is how we do it. Today I had to enter the scene of the crime for another issue, I did the sign of the cross in my car and asked for patience and understanding. As my 5.4" 120 lb self enters the showroom, I held my hand up to the 7'8" greeter -like trust me, you don't want any of this today. I headed over to customer service like a gangster ready to rumble and out of nowhere comes the running back from The Super Bowl trying to address me before I hit the counter. Clearly someone up front fired the canon and said all hands on deck. Crazy customer entering the building. And then ...........the clouds opened and I heard the angels sing. Derek with his big smile and his oh I'm sorry for what someone did to you, god forgive them for they know not what they do. Redemption today for HDC, William the giant at the door who can feel a room even if he can't read it and Derek the king of damage control, helped me in 2 minutes, apologized for the prior mishap and ordered the replacement shades I needed for the dumb bathroom vanity fixtures that the bulbs Burnt right through. ..nice to see good customer service and a subtle reminder to business owners, the name of ur company is the face at the door.

We worked together to understand my specific needs, tabulated the amperage I would need, ordered the components, and received the supplies a few days later. With some instruction from Mark I was able to put together all the lighting channels myself to save on costs and then called the M&M team members to hookup my drivers and fix the few sections that I was struggling with. We worked with Zach and his team for a new irrigation system for our home in the new Barton Village…read moresubdivision in Lebanon, TN. The entire experience was excellent. Zach met with me and spoke by phone several times to review some specific concerns prior to installation to accommodate future plans for the yard. The office staff was accessible and responsive regarding scheduling. The work was completed in a day. Despite the warm weather, the high quality grass seed they use where the lines were installed is growing back well already and the system has worked well as designed. Zach has been responsive to several follow up calls I have had regarding operation of the system and I am learning how to work the watering schedule in the phone app which is extremely convenient. The pricing for the system we installed was reasonable and competitive! Highly recommend.

They installed an irrigation system about two years ago. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.!! They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)
