She explained that she went to advanced schooling but beyond being technically very good she is simply an artist. It's hard to describe but there is something magical how she effortlessly pins and pleats the clothes in a way that not only flatters you but is an improvement on the original design. The guy kept repeating how he couldn't trust what I was saying like it was a he said/she said between me and the actual company doing the cleaning. 1) Your business is the front facing establishment I am doing business with - this is your responsibility. 2) he sent it back for free, which I was fine with - why the attitude? He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist. We had arrived at a pretty easy solution, but they upped the tension each time to really piss us off with their attitude. Just be more customer focused!!

First of all the shirt is couture, and was not remotely cheap, and has only been worn a hand full of times. Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The owner is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Do not spend your money here.

When I went in with 2 dresses to get buttons replaced for both of them, the girl at the front who is very young, acted sort of clueless, and said she would have to wait till the manager gets back to see if the buttons were available. Keep in mind it's freezing cold out to commute, so I was leaving my dresses there, not sure if they'd even be able to be taken care of. She said that they would text me if they did not have the buttons. I dropped those dresses off on a Wednesday, the pick up day was assigned to be Saturday. I get a text on Saturday saying that they don't have the buttons. Waiting 3 days to notify me that they did not have the buttons, not professional or considerate to the customer's time at all. It's one thing to not have the buttons in stock and not be able to check for them / see what can be done when the customer comes in, but to make them wait until the pick up day, and only text them on the official pick up day that you do not have the buttons is actually ridiculous and unprofessional. You should at least message or call the customer to make them aware soon after they came in, a day or two after is acceptable. Don't make the customer wait until the actual pick up day, as I thought I would be getting the dresses fixed. Had I known this is going to be this unprofessional, I would've dropped my dresses off elsewhere so they would've been ready for me in time. The other employees are mostly polite enough, but I don't know the name of the very young girl who works there, she was very quiet, and not knowing how to do her job. I won't be coming back here as a result of this.

I come here so frequently that my dog actually knows the place and stops when we walk by so she can say hi and get a dog treat :) I'm really picky about my clothes so I'm always hesitant when trying a new cleaners. In fact there's several others nearby I went to first that for various reasons led me to keep looking around until I found this one! For dry cleaning I've brought in my fair share of stains on silk and other difficult fabrics and am always pleased with the end result. Also for tailoring I've had a ton of designer skirts and dresses altered from silk to wool. Just today I picked up a Canada Goose jacket that was hemmed and it turned out wonderfully! Excellent price and excellent quality!! Thank you for being my favorite neighborhood cleaner!
